I had an appointment at this location for the 1st time. I was seen at Bay Harbour office once months ago. Anyway, this location was clean, quiet, nice staff. My hygienes was Monique and she did a great job. She was patient and nice. And Jasmine was amazing. She was helpful and kind to me. Jasmine was able to explain my treatment plan and breakdown of my bill to me. I must say, Jasmine and Monique actually gave me excellent customer service today. The doctor I saw was great at finding my issue and explaining what I needed to get done. Thank you for having me. I look forward to returning.

Dr Herzog and her team at any location are amazing. I have used 3 of them through my procedure and follow up care. It is worth the drive for me from Ft Myers. They make you feel like part of a family.They always keep me smiling!!! Thank you!!!

Dr. Schaumberg and her office are great! I had a wonderful experience with my wisdom teeth removal. Definitely recommend!

Be careful! Make sure you understand the actual procedure performed and that it matches what you paid for upfront. They were supposed to remove all four wisdom teeth, and they charged me accordingly. However, after reviewing the X-ray with the doctor, I discovered that only two were removed—the doctor confirmed this as well. Now, they refuse to issue a refund and claim that the insurance didn’t cover the procedure, which is false. I confirmed with my insurance that they never received an updated procedure report, yet they still paid the provider for all four extractions. In conclusion, this place received payment from both me and my insurance for a service that was not fully performed, and they are denying any refund.

I had a great experience at the Dental Implant Center of Coral Springs. I came in for a dental implant and teeth whitening, and everything went smoothly from start to finish. The staff was professional, knowledgeable, and very welcoming. They made sure I was comfortable during every step of the process. The results were excellent, and the pricing was very fair. I’m really happy with the outcome and would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for quality dental work.
