Aubrey balances flawless professionalism with a deeply nurturing soul, coordinating your care with a level of precision and thoughtfulness that immediately puts you at ease. She remembers the little things, anticipates my anxieties, and goes completely out of her way to ensure I am looked after. Beyond her incredible competence, she has become a genuine friend, and her radiant warmth turns what could be a stressful appointment into a visit you actually look forward to. The excellence continues in the back with Dr. Pilling's surgical assistants, Cierra and Erika. They are an absolute dream team—pure angels in scrubs! Their professionalism, kindness, and gentle demeanor during procedures make all the difference. They have a magical ability to make the surgical chair feel like the safest, most comfortable place in the world, working seamlessly to ensure you are informed and completely relaxed. As for Dr. Wade Pilling, his skill and precision as a surgeon are unmatched, but it’s his humility and patient-first philosophy that truly sets him apart. We have been patients of Dr. Piling’s office since 2012, and I can’t say enough great things about the entire team. From the friendly front office staff to the amazing hygienists, everyone consistently provides exceptional customer service and makes every visit a positive experience. Most recently, our 18-year-old daughter visited Dr. Piling, and he truly transformed her smile. We really appreciated his conservative approach—he did only what was necessary, avoided overly aggressive treatment, and focused on enhancing her natural smile. The changes were subtle but made an incredible difference, and she couldn’t be happier with the results. If you’re looking for a dentist who is skilled, honest, and genuinely cares about his patients, I highly recommend Dr. Piling and his entire team. We are so grateful to have found a dental office we can trust for our family’s care.

After many years of grinding and unending abuse my teeth had enough. The meeting was very warm and friendly, all options were explored for what I needed and every detail explained.from my initial meeting with staff to treatment from Dr. Pilling it has been outstanding. If you need full, partial or just have questions give them a call. My full implants were priced well below every other office and met the highest industry standard, thanks for everything. The office is a full service clinic so see them for all your dental needs.

Dr Pilling is knowledgeable, super competent and personable. The staff are happy and professional. The whole office is a happy place! I feel very well taken care of. My smile is beautiful! It looks natural and I get a lot of compliments! I'm very happy I chose this practice to work with.

I Have to say ffom the bottom of my heart that Dental implant Solutions Is thee Best in the business… Dr Wade Pilling and Dr Daniel Stackowicz are also the best in the Dentist ive ever used. Wonder experience, full upper arch. Truly Beautiful teeth… the best thing in was painless! I had major work, absest, broken bridge 3 teeth beyond repair, lots of failed root conals 4 they were deteriorated 4 teeth attach that needed out today, and a tooth bone coning out the side of my guy, dissaster. Dental Implant solutions made a way to get me immediately .. and best of all they arranged special financing so i could get the money to pay. Also, They were half the price of 90% of providers here in Idaho. The Staff was incredible. From Beginning all the way to the end if process, Reception Staff, Dental staff/assistants, everyone who work there smiles, and seemed to love there job. I ask many many question and always got total reassurance. If you ask me, It doesent get any better than this… My Teeth Amazingly, beautiful beyond my expectation!! Thanks Dan And Angela
