I called to schedule an appointment as a new patient after seeing that the office had consistently excellent 5-star reviews. Unfortunately, my experience over the phone was disappointing.
The receptionist who answered seemed rude and unwelcoming from the start. When I inquired about whether they accepted my insurance, her response came across as dismissive. I chose to overlook that and continue with the call.
She then asked if I had visited a dentist this year. When I responded that I had not鈥攚hich is why I was reaching out to schedule an appointment鈥擨 felt that her tone became increasingly impatient and unprofessional.
Overall, the interaction did not reflect the level of service I was expecting based on the reviews

You will definitely be in great hands with Dental Implants and Braces. Dr. Luis is professional and very patient in explaining every step of the process. The staff is fantastic, you will not be disappointed.

Just had my root canal. They are sooo amazing!!! didnt feel anything at all, they made sure I didnt feel any pain and that I was comfortable. Really worth it!! I just found my forever go to dentist馃槏馃槏all the staff are really nice, accommodating and very friendly.

I was referred to this location by my father who is very hard to please when it comes to dental care. I can see why he insisted that I come here for a Invisalign consult. Despite this location being 45 minutes from my home, it was worth every minute. The staff there is incredible. Very kind, attentive, & informative. The clinic itself is aesthetically pleasing, with soft but fun music playing on the TV. It's very clean & comforting. The dentist, Dr. Luis, is incredible. He is extremely thorough, takes his time to fully explain all options, & also truthfully provides his recommendations based on what would result in the best outcome for the patient. I've never had such a positive experience at the dentist before. Thank you all!!
