I was very pleased with my contact with Dr. Luter and the entire staff at Dental Implants & Oral Surgery of Longmont. The front office staff was very friendly and respectful each time I was at the office. I was very impressed with the courtesy shown by Dr. Luter and his assistants during the complete process. I was appreciative of the videos. They explained the process from start to finish and basically answered questions I had. Should I need the same type of services in the future I would not hesitate to use them again.

From the moment I called I knew I was in good hands, The receptionist team is very kind and helpful. Everything went easy and smooth. I went in for three wisdom teeth to be removed under complete anesthesia and couldn’t have been happier with the result, The team communicates thoroughly about pre-surgery and post surgery and the surgeon himself self reached out to make sure everything continued to go on a good path after my surgery. 10 out of 10!

My experiences here have been great. I have 3 implants planned for 2026 with Dr Chai. Had an extraction and a bone graft yesterday with Dr Luter in preparation for the implants. He and the whole staff were great. They were able to see me on short notice during a busy holiday week and I am very grateful for the care I received.

I had an urgent matter pop up with my wisdom teeth. The place I was originally scheudled to go could not bump up my appointment and it was 2 weeks away just for a consult. I had been in incredible pain for 3 days already. I had 2 wisdom teeth already grown in on the top, and 2 impacted ones trying for dear life to grow in on the bottom. The bottoms were causing me so much pain. I was refered here by several people in the community and called them on Friday, immediately after I got off work. The receptionist was kind and she took my urgency seriously. She gathered all of my information on the phone and slotted me for a consultation and surgery on Tuesday. Told me how to manage my pain and what to do if things got even worse. I felt like she cared about my pain. I recieved reminder emails and texts that came with step by step videos which I had never seen before. It made the process very user friendly. And it helped my calm nerves as there was a video explaining my procedure. I was soooooo nervous. The day of my appointment they got me to the back quickly. Took an x-ray and set me up. I was cold and they offered me a blanket. Dr Luter explained the procedure and was very kind. I felt confident in my care. Hooked my iv up and I went to sleep and woke up and was done. They gave my parents an update and explained the after care and gave them my paper work and supplies. I had a follow up video waiting for me explaining how to care for myself at home. I have a little one at home who was asking if the tooth fairy would visit me. So I asked for my teeth. They packaged them up for me and my daughter helped me put them out for the tooth fairy that night. I have also have 3 teenagers who need to have their wisdom teeth out very soon and I will be bringing them here as well.

Well well, have you ever been in love with a place and literally everyone you met there? I did, and it was a first! That's how it happened: I needed a tooth pulled very urgently and was frantically searching for a reputable place to get it done. Like everybody else I turned to the Internet and found Dental Implants & Oral Surgery of Longmont. I've never been there, so I didn't know what to expect and I was double apprehensive, for the unknown place and for the loss of a tooth. First I was very positively surprised that they got me an appointment for basically next day. Impressive on its own. Then I went there and boom! Wow! I was expecting a "commercial" kind of etiquette but boy was I wrong. There were three awesome receptionists ladies that immediately brightened the day. Somehow I quickly dropped my apprehension. I felt like I mattered. They gave me paperwork to fill (I didn't do it online although it was available) and for the first time in 27 years that paperwork didn't feel like an "enemy", but like something that was just part of the day. Then came the awesome Jasmine. She took me to the X-ray room. I noticed how sharp she was, how knowledgeable. Quick and precise instructions and it was done. She then took me to the surgery room and asked me to wait for the doctor. He came in no time and explained everything I was wanting to ask him WITHOUT me having to ask. Impressive again. He was exactly the way I like doctors: straight to the point. No BS or sugar coating. He then anesthetized the area and asked me to wait a little for the anesthesia start working. Soon it did and they came back, Dr Luter and Jasmine. And once again I was mesmerized. It didn't seem to be a surgery: it seemed to be a very well coordinated dance: it was like they could read each other minds. Was I impressed? You bet! The impression, no, the certainty that all would be fine was so sharp that I forgot that I was loosing a tooth, and that I've been postponing it for months, feeling guilty because I'd loose something that my mother gave me with absolute love... But hey, who said life is fair? Well, at least I was doing something needed and was blessed enough to find the right place to have it done. All finished Dr Luter explained all that was necessary and Jasmine took me to the receptionists again. Once more I was delighted. Talk about warm people! To finalize, it was the best experience I ever had, by far, regarding medical procedures in America. Oh, and before I forget: I'm baffled that somehow it didn't hurt in any moment, there, during the rest of the day and at night! I was expecting to have a long and painful night and it was completely not so. I slept wonderfully. Too bad I can't give them more than 5 stars. Thank you, wonderful people!
