The staff is top notch. Very welcoming, the receptionists make you feel welcome and relaxed as soon as you enter. Amy was awesome. She was gentle and kept me informed. Truly awesome folks. Highly recommend.

I recently went in for a regular cleaning and was told that I have pretty much seen every hygienist and dentist that works there which made me laugh. I am not picky with who I see because I am always happy with whoever I get. I feel heard and validated when I bring up concerns, I don’t feel rushed if I have questions, And everyone from the office staff to the dentist are always friendly and compassionate. I found this dentist office by accident When I had tooth pain last winter And went into them because they were open on Saturdays at the time and took walk-ins. They saw pretty quickly, Diagnosed me efficiently, And performed a root canal shortly after that was painless and easy. I have not had a single bad experience here. Highly recommend!

I had a painful fractured tooth, which dental innovations helped me to identify and the staff was extremely kind and helpful. I only had an initial appointment, with x-rays, and met with Dr Arwood. I did feel a bit rushed when I met with Dr Arwood and felt a little like she was more in a mode to process me as a patient than hear me out as a human so I wound up going with another dental office in the end (I called and relayed this information when I cancelled my appointment and they were very nice). That being said I feel like their office had a lot going for it and was set up extremely thoughtfully and by people who really wanted a good experience for their patients, but maybe I just so happened to get an off day from my doctor that morning.
