Was very scared nervous when I went had to get teeth extracted, that were no good anymore.I'm sixty one years old. She did a great job.I really highly recommend . Made me very comfortable , didn't let me hurt. Professional and kind and caring

I just absolutely love this woman! Best dental experience ever. About 6mos ago, I had an experience with a local "corporate" dental office and it was the worst. So happy to have found THIS practice, I can not rave about it enough! Dr. Ambachew is kind, calming, and you can tell she truly cares- zero anxiety with my appointment, she just makes the entire experience stress free. 10 stars, no hesitation!

Absolutely love this place! I recently switched to this dental office and I’m genuinely so glad I did. From the moment you walk in, the atmosphere is warm, welcoming, and calming, you can truly tell that everyone here cares about their patients. Dr. Love is an incredible dentist, and I don’t say that lightly. I fully trust her with my treatment plan, which means everything to me. She’s kind, attentive, and makes you feel confident and comfortable every step of the way. The techs are just as amazing. Jaylan, in particular, went above and beyond to make me feel safe and supported. Dental anxiety is real for me, especially when it comes to numbing, and he was so patient and reassuring, checking on me every few minutes, asking if I needed anything, and even holding my hand to help calm my nerves. That level of compassion truly makes a difference.

I cannot speak highly enough about my experience with Sarah Madison at Ideal Dental. I hadn’t had a cleaning in over a year, and even though I wasn’t booked for one, Sarah went above and beyond—she asked the doctor if she could take her next patient later just so she could clean my teeth. She was so kind, friendly, and genuinely invested in my care. Employees like Sarah make all the difference, and I’ll be recommending Ideal Dental in Hope Mills to everyone I know. Thank you, Sarah!

Dr Ambechew & her staff are very warm, friendly & professional. I felt my dental needs were efficiently taken care of. I’ve been coming here for a couple years now & have never experienced such a happy-to-work-together environment amongst all the staff! I would definitely recommend!
