The office was professional, and staff were extremely friendly. Although I am not an expert in the field, they seemed to have the latest state of the art equipment. Everything about my procedure, costs, etc. was clearly explained to me up front. Dr. Wiener answered all my questions. The procedure was quick, smooth, and (nearly) painless. Recovery was exactly as described. All in all this was a thoroughly positive experience. Would highly recommend this Dr.

The dental assistant I worked with was very professional, and the dentist who evaluated me was kind and knowledgeable. Unfortunately, the overall experience showed a serious lack of regard for patients’ time and finances. I was referred by my primary dentist for an evaluation for a root canal retreatment. I drove over an hour from Watertown for this appointment. Upon arrival, I was told they needed to redo X-rays because they hadn’t received the ones taken by my primary dentist. I was then informed that I also needed a CT scan, which I agreed to. After completing the imaging and evaluation, the dentist told me he could help me, but that it was his last week at the practice and none of the other providers there are able to perform this surgical procedure. I don’t understand why I was scheduled for an evaluation with a provider who was leaving in a week, especially when no one else in the office could treat me. I paid for the exam and imaging only to be told I couldn’t become a patient. At the very least, I should have been notified ahead of time and given the option to reschedule with a provider who could actually perform the procedure. This experience was frustrating, costly, and could have been avoided with better communication.

Michael Wiener is very knowledgeable and gentle! Very nice office with great staff. I had a severe tooth pain from infection and they saw me right away. They don't take Husky insurance, but offer an Aetna savings coverage that give you a good discount on dental work (signing up is easy). I highly recommend Michael Wiener, you would not be disappointed!

I’m very grateful to all the staff from Dental Specialists of CT. My son’s regular dentist accidentally left a file stuck in 1/3 of one of his tooth’s canal. He was under a lot of pain and I spent 1 week calling every clinic in Stamford, Norwalk and Danbury without luck. Thank God I finally called Dental Specialist of CT, Stephanie answered the phone and she was very compassionate and kind to me. At that point, I was very angry and frustrated because every other specialist I called told me they couldn’t treat my son. Stephanie listened to me and scheduled a quick appointment for my son with Dr. Ramadan. During the visit, the staff members were very professional and kind to us. Dr. Ramadan completed the root canal successfully. My son gave me a great review on how Dr. Ramadan completed the root canal like a world class doctor. I’m forever grateful for the phenomenal service we received and because they helped me set up an affordable payment plan. I recommend this clinic to anyone who wants to receive exceptional service by professionals.

Had appt with Dr. Weiner for my mother - He was terrific, very calm, attentive, and clear on the options. Staff were all very helpful and kind to my mother. Great experience, didn't feel like a dental visit! lol. Returning soon.
