I would like to extend my most sincere appreciation & thank you for the outstanding dental care by Dr. Thousand & entire dental team! By far, they have exceeded dental excellence & compassionate caring for my well being. I would like to express my highest gratitude to Tierney, Director for Communications, who coordinated a strong connection w/ VA Community Care program on my behalf! She truly exceeded all my expectations in communicating my dental needs to the VA. She worked tiredlessly to coordinate the dental needs despite many obstacles encountered along this path!! She truly was my strong advocate in every way & I so appreciate her & her outstanding support. Thank you all!!!

You truly saved my tooth! I went in with extreme tooth pain after my dentist told me the tooth needed to be extracted and referred me to Dr. Thousand. I drove to the office in St Augustine from Palm Coast. He was able to get me in right away. I was so surprised and relieved when you carefully reviewed my X-rays and explained that there was nothing wrong with my tooth at all — it was actually a major sinus infection. I’m incredibly grateful for your thoroughness and expertise. It’s amazing that you caught that just by reading the X-rays. Thank you for taking the time to really figure out what was going on. Dr. Thousand is the man! Extremely knowledgeable but also personable. His staff are friendly and professional and the office is immaculate and just has a cool vibe.

Dr. Romani and his staff are professional, caring, and personable, making my dental surgery as seamless as possible. Dr. Romani’s bedside manner is exceptional; he truly listens, involves the patient in the process, and provides thorough education on healing. I am incredibly satisfied with his high-quality work and the excellent service I received.

I can't say enough good things about Dr. Jessica Koster and the entire team at Dental Specialist of North Florida. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm smile and made to feel completely at ease. The office is spotless, modern, and has a very calming atmosphere. Dr. Koster herself is a true professional—she is incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and takes the time to explain every step of the process. I had some anxiety about my procedure, but she was so gentle and reassuring that all my worries disappeared. The results of my treatment were absolutely perfect, and I'm so grateful for her skill and care. If you are looking for a dental specialist who is not only excellent at what she does but also genuinely cares about her patients,

I was told my Consultation was going to be $160. However, after checking out of my office visit, my bill was $444! I was told the additional fee was for X-Rays that should have been available from my referring Dentist. Unfortunately I was never told that this was not part of the consultation fee. This was very disconcerting and totally unexpected. I need to get dental work done, but I would advise / assume that X-Rays will be at a cost over and above the Consultation fee, and do not expect advanced warning to this additional cost! Very conflicted and might need to go elsewhere for the work I need to get done for fear of other/hidden fees. Very disappointing!
