The staff is incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful. I was very nervous about my wisdom teeth extraction, but everyone from Dr. Schneider, the assistants , to the front desk staff ensured i was calm and comfortable. I had an absolute wonderful experience and the procedure was so smooth. God bless them all.

Amazing customer service straight from the get go! Dulce, took the time to listen to my request and issue. She wasn't just trying to just schedule my appointment and get off the phone. I explained my husband is battling cancer, but we are working with Moffitt regarding infusions and needing a concrete timeline so we can manage the medication schedule. I was already bracing myself for extended wait time because I spoke with their ft myers office moments earlier (the receptionist there was equally compassionate and helpful). She stated she had an opening within 24 hrs and could do same day surgery. Dr Schneider was amazing. Called to check in on Eric's healing the next afternoon. Exceptional customer service, friendly atmosphere, didn't have a long wait time and they have a texting service with their patients which i found very helpful with my schedule. Highly recommended!

Everyone at Dental Specialty Center of Cape Coral was wonderful, professional, and caring. The entire team made our visit a positive experience and treated us with kindness from start to finish. But I would especially like to thank Dulce for her outstanding customer service. From the moment we arrived, she greeted us with a warm smile and made us feel welcome. She was patient, helpful, and made the entire process smooth and stress-free for my kids and me . Her positive attitude truly made a difference in our experience. Thank you, Dulce! ☺️

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Dr. Schneider and his staff. My son recently had his wisdom teeth extracted, and from start to finish the entire experience was absolutely outstanding. The team was incredibly kind, professional, and attentive. They took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all of our questions, and made sure my son felt comfortable and calm before the procedure. As a parent, that level of care and reassurance means everything. Dr. Schneider was exceptional—skilled, confident, and genuinely compassionate. The procedure went smoothly, and the staff checked on my son throughout the process and during recovery to make sure he was doing well. What could have been a stressful experience turned into one that felt organized, supportive, and truly patient-centered. You can tell this team takes great pride in what they do and genuinely cares about their patients. We are incredibly grateful for the outstanding care my son received. I would highly recommend this practice to anyone needing oral surgery or dental care. Thank you for going above and beyond!

Excellent clinic! The girls’ team is amazing! Sorsha did my appointment online and was very kind and helpful! (Unfortunately I couldn’t meet her the day of the surgery). Dulce and Dunia did my admission in the clinic and were very attentive, they explained everything. There are more supportive girls techs on the back, in the surgery salon, very professionals on their duties. And the most important part, Dr Justin Schneider! He is the top of professionals in maxillofacial care! He explained to me the process, showed the X-rays to understand what was happening. Maybe I don’t see them anymore because everybody knows you visit clinics and hospitals when you are sick and when you get better you never more want to come back, lol! But sincerely this clinic deserves a great recognition for the work they do everyday. I wish every patient see that! A high congratulations and deep thank you to you all!!!❤️
