I I have been going to this office for several years. Initially it was to have several extractions done and then ultimately to have implants and dentures done. Previous to this last visit everything and everyone were professional and very knowledgeable. I was very satisfied. However, For this last appointment, Things seem to have changed greatly. I called to make an appointment to have my dentures relined. I made it very clear that I needed a morning appointment so I could have the dentures back the same day or the next morning. The dentist and assistant had no clue why I was there. They cleaned the dentures. The dentist looked in my mouth and said everything was good. When I asked them about the reclining they were unaware of why I was there. They said I would need another appointment, which I agreed to. However, they said I would be without my dentures for 3 days. Totally unacceptable. I will not be back. I don't know what changed the quality of care here,but it is a loss for us.

I had an amazing time at Dental Studio of Pasadena! The staff was super friendly and welcoming, and Dr. Mauricio was gentle and explained everything really well. His assistant Ani was also amazing - she made sure I was super comfortable the whole time.
The office was clean and modern, which made me feel even more at ease. They really make going to the dentist a breeze! They also provide me with some staff for my after-procedure oral hygiene!
I highly recommend them! ♥️

I can’t say enough lovely things about this dental studio. Dr Mauricio has been working with me for months on a dental implant care journey and his assistant Annie have both been so lovely to visit. They walk me through everything for extra safety and security. Every session I have with them is timely, communicative, and really reassuring and the finishing results have been exemplary. I also want to shout out the staff who are so patient and accommodating and another helpful and knowledgeable doctor Angela who has helped me with many other services when I’ve visited.
It’s been such a good experience with them and it is so clear what a wonderful team this studio is. Every staff member I’ve spoken to has seemed to enjoy their job and the work culture behind the studio as well.

I went to the office for my root canal procedure for the first time. I was impressed by the plush office and sophisticated dental equipment. I am also nervous about the procedure. But after I met Dr. Allen and Ani all the worries went away. They made sure I was comfortable with the whole process, and their professionalism is unparalleled. I was never this impressed with a dental office visit. I was very pleased. The money is well spent. Unfortunately, Dr. Allen is a specialist. I will never be able to see him again with general dental needs. Sad! By the way, Dr. Allen sings too, with an incredible voice that relieved my nervousness.
I hope anyone seeking a specialist in dental needs will look up Dr. Allen and Ani. They are a great team.

absolutely love this dental office! From the moment you walk in, the staff is welcoming, professional, and incredibly kind. The office itself is clean, modern, and equipped with the latest technology, which makes every visit smooth and comfortable. The dentist is amazing—thorough, gentle, and genuinely cares about your oral health. They take the time to explain everything and make sure you’re comfortable every step of the way. I always leave feeling confident in my smile and grateful for such fantastic care. Highly recommend!

Dental Studio of Pasadena is a multidisciplinary dental practice at 2270 East Colorado Boulevard in Pasadena, California, led by a team of dentists and prosthodontists who take a holistic approach to caring for patients 12 and older. The practice describes itself as specializing in complex dental treatments, with services spanning cosmetic, restorative, preventive, and implant dentistry, as well as gum disease treatment.
