Been here twice with my wife now for two routine check-ups/cleanings. Hygienists are perfectionists and their work reflects that: gentle and effective. The good doctor is conservative in his approach and has a warm manner. Administration of the office is friendly, timely, and efficient. Can’t ask for better.

I’ve been to over 15 dental offices across multiple states, and this is by far the worst dental practice I’ve ever experienced. There is always a wait past your scheduled appointment time—at least 30 minutes, but usually 45 minutes to over an hour. You might as well take the entire day off work because nothing runs on time. We've had to reschedule multiple appointments simply because I could not wait an additional hour past my appointment time. Once you’re finally taken back, the waiting continues. Every time, they applied the topical numbing gel and then left me sitting so long that it wore off before the injection, causing unnecessary pain. In one instance, I was fully prepped and numbed only for the dentist to come in and say there was a mistake and that no procedure was needed at all. Both my spouse and I have dealt with excessively long waits, repeated scheduling errors, and poor-quality dental work. I had a root canal that took weeks to complete, and my bite is messed up as a result. It feels like they are not allowed to turn patients away, so instead they do such poor work that you won’t want to come back anyway. I’m writing this to warn any potential new patients-RUN! There are far better dental offices out there. I genuinely feel bad for their current patients and hope they realize they have much better options.

UPDATED TO LOWEST STAR!! I learned they over charged me by $500!! My insurance has contacted me to let me know that when I paid $578.00 for the Lingual Frenectomy, I should have only been charged $78. STILL WILL NOT RETURN MY MESSAGES. DR. Stefania Caracioni’s staff. Terrible communication. I’ve left voicemail, sent email, even replied to a text they sent me and no one would contact me back. My daughter had a Lingual frenectomy there. I wouldn’t recommend.

The absolute BEST....never met a dentist until DR. ASHBY that I could trust totally and does beautiful work...has compassion and loves the Lord. I never felt led to ask a dentist to pray but I asked Dr. Ashby and he prayed the most beautiful prayer for me. The dental assistants and the office assistants are great as well. Fixed bridge work, crowns, fillings and more have been done and all were the best ever!!! Thank you all so much❤️

I was so impressed with Dr. Peterson and his staff. I couldn't stop smiling after the dental hygienist cleaned the stains from my teeth. I would give this office top rating!
