Very disappointed with my experience. The dentist was kind during the extraction process, but my upper denture has never fit properly from day one. I’ve spent over $1,000 and it still falls out—it’s now broken and unusable. I’ve had to sand it myself just to go in public and even purchased my own reline kit trying to make it wearable. I was given conflicting information each visit, and now I’m being told I must pay more to fix or replace it.
I’m unable to use these dentures to eat and have resorted to keeping them in my purse because they fall out. With Thanksgiving coming, I’m heartbroken that I cannot even share a meal. This would not have happened if they were properly made from the beginning. I am requesting a refund so I can go elsewhere for functional dentures. I will update this review if resolved

I was on vacation and had a molar that needed to be extracted. The staff was extremely friendly, thorough and professional. Their initial exam was the most comprehensive I have ever experienced. They explained my options clearly and allowed me to choose without any pressure. The extraction went well, Wes fairly quick and they did a great job of managing my pain. Thanks again to all the staff. I highly recommend Dental Urgent Care in Lake Havasu.

The staff was friendly, knowledgeable and gentle. I recommend Dental Urgent Care for dental implant cleanings. It's owned by the same Dentist/Dental surgeon that did my implant surgery. Fantastic outcome and process from start to finish. Super professional!
