I had the most wonderful experience with the whole team here! From Emilee being such a big help in getting me scheduled and helping me decide what to do, arranging everything for me and keeping great communication. To the hygienists who helped prepare me for my root canal. And Dr. Ibrahim who was so sweet and kind through the whole procedure. He made sure it was quick, painless and accurate. I highly recommend the whole team for any procedure needing done!

I have dental anxiety and have put off dental care for years. This practice has been amazing. They go out of their way to make me feel comfortable. They always explain what they are doing and check on me throughout the treatment to make sure I am doing ok. I am so happy to have my dental care back on track and I couldn’t have done it without Dr. Theofilos and the staff at this practice. If you suffer from dental anxiety give them a try, you’ll be happy you did.

Dr. Theofolis and her assistant were incredible and kind. I was so anxious to get two teeth out today. Her assistant held my hand during the numbing shots. Dr T explained everything as she went along and I was done in less than 30 minutes. I'll never go to another dentist as long as she's in practice :)

Doctor and hygienists were really nice and knowledgeable. Pain management was definitely an issue. When your pharmacist recommends doubling the dose and adding aleve? Just give me actual pain meds instead. I understand laws have tightened due to abuse but this is a little much. Overall a good experience. Seems like a good place to work!

First timer. Couldn’t find the place. GPS had me across the street. Its next to JCP at Eastwood mall. Friendly staff, fast service. Xray bites were huge and super uncomfortable and I lost count how many pics were taken. She finally used smaller ones that were much better. Ive never had that many xrays before. Overall visit was ok. I thought it was a bit weird I had to ask for the suction as clearly I needed it. My second visit for a filling was great. No issues. My third appointment with the hygienist for a peri cleaning was very good as well. I am happy with DentalWorks. I recommend the Niles, OH location.
