Came here for a second opinion, and the entire team was extremely professional and friendly. The front desk staff, Jessica and Alondra, made sure I was in network and showed me all my costs up front and Nye and Dr. Triggs did an amazing job with my cavity filling and care plan. They had a TV above the chair to watch animal shows as well so bonus points for that ☺️

I've been going to Dent1st Dental Care for over 25 years. And I would NEVER let another dentistry work on my mouth. For me.. this location is out of my way, but it's MORE than worth the 25 minute drive out of the way. If you're looking for a GOOD dentist, Dr. Henry Masek has a gentle touch. I've also seen Dr. Woojae Chong as well. And my Dental Hygienists name is Julie Gray and she is the BEST. And watch out for these ladies... Tiffany, Candice and Jessica. These ladies are a hand full (in a GOOD WAY), but they know their business and they work with you. Now I will say... I did have one bad experience with this office. They moved my appointment to an hour early without notifying me. But they fit me in once I got there are my normal time.

DO NOT GO HERE IF YOU NEED LAST-MINUTE EMERGENCY CARE! Wife had an emergency on the day before Xmas Eve. All of the DentFirst offices say online that they close at 8pm -- showed up at the Norcross location at 5pm and no one was there. A janitor came out and gave me a card (this must happen a lot....) and suggested I call the other locations. I happened to call the ONE location that was still open, despite all of them saying online they're open until 8pm. This location (Duluth) told me they already had four people waiting, and that they couldn't take us today -- and that they checked and sure enough, literally every other location, including the one I'm writing this review for, was not open. The office that we showed up at had no signage suggesting they were not open today, closing up early, or anything else. Just lights out and a locked door in your hopeful clients' faces. The website said nothing about them closing early. It DID say walk-ins are welcome for emergencies, though, which apparently is not true. If DentFirst wants to own half the emergency dental offices in the area and promote itself as an emergency dentist online, they ought to treat their emergency patients with decorum and at least provide some kind of warning that they're closing early. I get it's the holidays, but when someone with an emergency shows up at a location that broadcasts itself as an EMERGENCY dental office online, they expect to get EMERGENCY care...

Johns Creek Office staff, hygienist and dentist are outstanding. Dr. Triggs is very professional, thorough and a highly competent dentist. Dr. Chong is an outstanding highly skilled and compassionate. Overall, very caring and professional team. They have saved my life as far as having much better dentition and overall recovered dental health.
