Annie and the entire staff are very polite and professional. I have been a patient since March 2025, and it has been a great experience. Annie fixed my cavities, did my cleanings, and put in my front crowns. I have been to many dentists before, but none compare to this family-oriented environment. Annie and the entire staff communicate clearly and answer all of your questions. If dentists make you feel uncomfortable or nervous, going to Lifetime Dental Spa will make you feel comfortable and at ease.

After a poor experience with another dental office, I came here for the first time for a second opinion. I had a filling done by another dental place, and the tooth with the filling was hurting; that place recommended doing a root canal. Nevertheless, when I came to Lifetime Dental Spa, the staff was very friendly and caring, and Dr. Annie examined my x-rays and tooth and explained what had happened. Throughout the procedure, she explained every step in detail. In the end, they were able to resolve my discomfort with my tooth the same day. As a patient, I recommend coming here since the staff does a great job answering all your questions, explaining their procedure step-by-step, and making you feel welcome and comfortable throughout the entire process.

The staff here is polite and professional, but unfortunately, that’s where the positives end. This facility seems far more focused on securing payment than providing actual patient care. Before you even speak to a dentist, you’re prompted to purchase a membership—almost like admission to receive basic treatment. They also insist on scanning and storing your credit card “just in case” insurance doesn’t cover something, which feels less about convenience and more about financial control. What truly stood out was being required to pay for services before even seeing the doctor. When I offered to pay after the appointment, as most reasonable patients do, I was denied service altogether. Apparently, financial assurance takes priority over patient comfort or trust. I was told repeatedly that the doctor would “do everything she said,” and I simply asked for the same courtesy—that they trust I would pay once services were rendered. Refusing to provide care because a patient won’t hand over unrestricted access to their financial information is, frankly, unethical. I can’t speak to the quality of the dental work since I never got that far—but the disregard for patient respect and privacy was loud and clear. If you’re comfortable exchanging your financial privacy for a simple filling, this may be the place for you. Otherwise, I’d recommend finding a clinic that values patients over payments.

If I could give 0 stars I would. There’s a young lady in the reviews telling the absolute truth about their practices. Yes they charged me $25 to set an appointment. Then tripled the price of a simple wisdom tooth extraction just so they can get extra money. They tried to sell me extra procedures when I only came in for a simple extraction. The doctor tried to sell me on extra procedures and fully gouge prices with a smile. Then she called me animal because I wanted all my information out of their system. They ask for your credit card when you set the appointment. I think the only reason they gave me a refund or deactivated my account was because they were afraid because I was black and direct. Anyway I’ll be talking to the law firm I work for to investigate their business practices might be giving more people a refund

This is a review for my experience at lifetime dental spa. First I would like to thank Dr. Annie for her. Excellent consultation. Her excellent suggestions. She answered all of my questions. Gave me different options and with those different options she helped me choose the best one that suited me for my needs. Also, I want to thank Jose who helped me with the financial part of it. He answered my questions. He helped me with the proper thing to do as far as getting the financial aid that I needed. So with that being said Jose thank you very much. Also, I want to thank the staff at lifetime dental. The dentist office was very clean. It had a lot of amenities for the patients when they come in. They ask if you need help and they were very very courteous and they were very concerned about their patients needs. I was also referred to lifetime dental spa by my sister. Her name is Tasha who also had her dental work done there and she was greatly greatly pleased with the outcome and with the help from the office on the financial end as well. So again I want to say thank you to the staff. Thank you to Dr. Annie and also to Jose. I appreciate all your help. Hope to see you soon which I will and again thank you.
