My experience today has been exceptional all the way from being greeted and checked in by the receptionist. The doctor and his assistant were very thorough and informative. I have never been treated with such care before and I have been treated for denture fittings 4 times this made the 4th and this by far is 10 out of 10 ratings no doubt. So if you're looking for a dentist in the Manhattan area that will take care of your needs this office is it. Again thank you very much to the personnel at Dentistry by Design. I had a wonderful experience at this dental office. I was nervous going into my procedure, but the team went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and at ease. They were kind, reassuring and even offered me a fuzzy blanket to help me relax. I truly appreciated the care and compassion they showed throughout my visit.

I’ve been going to Dentistry by Design for years for cleanings and the occasional filling, and I truly cannot say enough good things about them. Dr. Brett is amazing, and the entire staff is always so warm and welcoming. My dental hygienist is wonderful, and every visit feels comfortable and easy.
They really treat you like family and always go out of their way to help. If you ever need to be fit in, they do their best to accommodate you. Billing is also straightforward and easy, which makes the whole experience even better. I highly recommend Dentistry by Design to anyone looking for a dental office that is caring, professional, and genuinely patient-focused.

I have been a patient here for several years and my appointment today was the best I have ever had! The time they took to explain each step, to check in that I was okay, and to make sure at the end that I had no questions meant the world to me. They have rebuilt my confidence and alleviated my fears about going to the dentist! I always recommend them to anyone looking for dental care.

Dr. Gilsdorf is one of the most competent and caring dentists I’ve ever visited. He is exceptionally knowledgeable and consistently maintains a gentle, kind, and compassionate demeanor every time I’m in for treatment. The front desk staff is always welcoming and helpful from the moment you walk through the door, and both the assistants and hygienists are highly skilled and thorough in their work.
The office itself is spotless, modern, and inviting, with beautifully landscaped views from many of the windows. I also appreciate the ceiling-mounted televisions, which make it easy to relax and take your mind off the dental work if needed.
I highly recommend this practice. I’ve been seeing Dr. Gilsdorf since he first arrived in Manhattan, and the quality of care has been outstanding from the very beginning.
