Dental Design SD truly feels like visiting family. Eric at the front desk knows my name and checks me in with a simple look from the desk. Always asks about the family and remembers everything I told him from the previous visit. He goes out of his way to keep me informed and review all the insurance information with me and details.
Marlon, my dental hygienist, is exceptional, he takes the time to explain everything clearly and always shares practical, helpful advice that makes you feel confident about your dental health. Another amazing staff member continually going out of the way to make my cleaning experience a positive one. I can’t he remembers my family always takes the time to ask about the kids and genuinely remembers details that sometimes I even forget. And the cherry on top is Alfy, their sweet and gentle office dog, who adds such a calming, thoughtful touch. This office genuinely stands out. e of the staff is superb. I Love love love this office!!!

I can’t say enough wonderful things about Dental Design SD! From the moment you walk in, you’re greeted with such warmth and positivity. Olivia and Eric at the front desk are incredibly welcoming, informative, and absolutely hilarious — they instantly put you at ease and make every visit something to look forward to. Their energy truly sets the tone for the entire experience.
My dental hygienist, Marlon, is outstanding. He takes the time to thoroughly explain everything and always shares the best knowledge and practical advice for caring for my teeth at home. I leave every appointment feeling more informed and confident about my dental health. You can tell he genuinely cares about his patients and their long-term wellbeing.
And as if that wasn’t enough, they have the cutest, gentlest dog, Alfy, who makes the office feel even more comfortable and calming. It’s such a thoughtful touch that makes Dental Design SD stand out from any other dental office.
If you’re looking for a dental team that is professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and makes you actually enjoy going to the dentist, Dental Design SD is the place to go! Highly, highly recommend!

Our family loves Dental Design SD. Since starting TMJ treatment, almost all my symptoms have disappeared or improved dramatically. I had daily tension headaches and would often get migraines but after treatment I've seen a huge improvement. My quality of life is so much better, I really thank God for finding Dr. Agatep and the TMJ treatment.
My son is also a patient here and sees Dr. Jordan and we've had an amazing experience with her. Our son walked out of his first appt saying he loved the dentist. Dr. Jordan really has a great way with kids.
I really can't say enough great things about Dental Design SD. We've had a great experience with everyone at their office and highly recommend them to anyone looking for TMJ treatment or dental care.

My husband & I absolutely love Dental Design! Olivia has been so helpful with getting all of our appointments set up. She truly is the best & always greets us with a smile. The entire staff is wonderful. I don't like going to the dentist (bad past experience) but they make me feel comfortable & explain the process throughly. I would definitely recommend Dental Design SD!

In process of getting implants. Bone graft and pole placed. Process is ongoing and seamless, great communication by staff. Had an allergic reaction received response and directions from Dr. Agatep and Staff. All my concerns were addressed and got timely care. Clarity in explanation of process and what to expect is very helpful so appease my anxieties for dental procedures. Been with them since 2014. Recommend going to Dr. Agatep - she is highly skilled and capable, has excellent attention to care and details, ensures patient safety and comfort. Definitely received excellent exceptional care.
