I absolutely love this place! Everyone is so kind and proficient. The oral surgeon was very informative and made everything feel safe and made sense. I was very comfortable and walked out feeling confident about my surgery.

My son had 4 teeth extracted and did amazing! The staff were very knowledgeable, welcoming, comforting and did a great job with my 11 year old son. The doctor was also top notch. Incredibly supportive, responsive, and affordable. Both my young adult kiddos got their wisdom teeth out at the same time. We were provided the doctor's cell phone number for after hour calls which I didn't plan on using but was so glad I had it when my child was having difficulty. Dr. came in on the weekend to help us and I couldn't be more grateful to both the surgeons (who are married) and have designed their practice so they can be there for their patients and still raise their kids. Also all of the staff were warm and caring too. Thank you!

If I could give 20 stars I would!!! My daughter had all 4 of her wisdom teeth removed at one time on yesterday. Two were growing side ways giving her so much trouble so we were very scared. Dr Dhameja and her staff were very nice and explained everything very well. She’s healing well an the pain is tolerable. Would highly recommend this place to anyone

This office visit was my second opinion on my 10th year old son’s Impacted teeth removal. I was so stressed and scared over the general anesthesia part of it.
Doctor Dhameja really loves her profession. During our first visit, she spent a good 25 mins providing her advise without taking away from orthodontist letter.
The day of the surgery, she herself administered the general anesthesia and had him in and out within 40 mins as she promised.
Trust this office, doctors and staff. They deserved all 5 stars and more.
Thank you Dr. Dhameja for helping this mom.

About Denton County Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery
Denton County Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery is a single-location oral surgery practice at 3307 Unicorn Lake Boulevard, Suite 191 in Denton, Texas. The practice is led by two oral and maxillofacial surgeons, Dr. Amit Dhameja and Dr. Ruchi P. Dhameja, who practice the full scope of oral and maxillofacial surgery, from corrective jaw surgery to wisdom tooth removal. Dental implants are a core part of the practice, and the surgeons perform a full range of dental implant and bone grafting procedures, including sinus lifts, ridge augmentation, and socket preservation to prepare the jaw for implants. They also diagnose and treat facial pain, facial injuries, and jaw joint (TMJ) disorders.
For patients considering implants, the practice describes single-tooth, multiple-tooth, and full-arch replacement options, and it can place single stage implants or place implants at the time of extraction when appropriate. Implant surgery is handled as a team effort with the patient's restorative dentist, who makes the final replacement teeth. The office notes that having only one location improves continuity of care, and its staff is trained to assist with intravenous sedation; nitrous oxide and oral sedation are also described for anxious patients. The practice serves Denton and surrounding communities including Corinth, Krum, Sanger, Argyle, Aubrey, Gainesville, Decatur, Highland Village, Flower Mound, and Lewisville, and can be reached at (940) 382-4000.
