Annie & Biranna were the best. Dr. Jergian was amazing they made me feel very comfortable i was very skeptical about the procedure but they made it comfortable for me. Tonya was amazing the whole process kept me laughing and my energy high. Lastly, Mitzi & Lisa always greeted me with smiles. Go visit Denture Care and Implant Solutions you wont regret it!!

Great team to work with! I needed full extractions and wanted snap on dentures. Starting with the free consultation that included a 3D xray to really see where I was, the team worked up a game plan to restore my mouth health and my smile. After my big extraction day and temporary healing dentures, my mouth healed up and I had no more constant battles with infections or broken teeth. Nine months of healing time, not only with regular visits, but I could call in if I realized I needed an earlier adjustment and they'd get me in very quickly. I received my snap on dentures and they took their time to adjust everything so it was the perfect fit. A shout out to the two ladies at the front that always greeted me and made me feel welcome, Drs. Bienia and Jernigan, the lab people that made my dentures and assorted adjustments while they were being crafted, Ms. Tonya with her calming office and awesome spirt, and the dental assistants (I don't know their title) that did the monthly visits, Anna, Annie, Brianna, and Carmen. If I left out anyone, I apologize. Well worth the drive to Rocky Mount for quality care!

I would like to thank the staff so much for having awesome customer service! I was greeted immediately by the customer service representative at the front desk! She is very generous! It took her no time to check me in and out! Special thank you to Dr. Bienia for walking me through the entire process and making me feel comfortable. I hope my smile be as bright as your's! Thank God for Annie. She saved the day! I know I asked Dr. Bienia 1000 questions I probably asked Annie 2000. She is so sweet. I appreciate her taking the time out to answer every question in detail. They both helped me understand things so much better. I would also like to thank Carmen she is an angel! I highly recommend this location if you want the best experience ever! 馃槉 I am excited for this new life changing experience! I pray this be my best year ever! I鈥檝e went so many years without a smile!

The absolute best place to go for dental implants. I first met with Tonya who actually listened to my needs and provided the best common sense solution going forward. I next me Anna who took my x-rays and got everything prepared for my day of surgery. She made me feel at home and made everything easy. The day of surgery, Carmen came in and got me ready for surgery- she even let me listen to music while they doing the procedure- she reminded me of one of my children who waited on me the whole time. I can tell you, Dr. Jernigan is OCD- you can see it in his eyes and he did not stop until he and myself were satisfied with the way the implant looked and the way that it felt. There is no better in his field than Joc Jernigan. After surgery, Tonya even called me at home and made sure that I was ok- who does that this day in time. A special thanks to Carmen who I saw during a few follow up appointments and Anna who I saw the last day. They and the whole staff made me feel at home and are the best- I appreciate them.
