There are times when you have an experience with a business, and the experience is so different from your usual experiences, you have to let others know. This is my situation with Dentures 4 U and Christian Iturriaga. First, I am neurodivergent and have had a lifetime of severe dental trauma from a genetic condition that causes dental pain as well as an inability to be numbed. That caused a lot of bad experiences. Now a senior citizen, I had babied my teeth all my life, but four years prior it got to the point where I had to face having them removed and the daily pain was constant. Already terrified of anything teeth-related, this was my top-tier fear having to be faced. Finally insurance approved and out the teeth came about five months ago. Then I was cast adrift to figure out my own way with dentures. Fortunately, it was Christian Iturriaga's office being so close to me and within the Medicaid system that brought me to them. I'm so incredibly glad that happened. From my first call, I was treated with dignity and respect, despite my nervousness and stumbling words and holding back tears while talking. I felt so hopeful for my appointment. And it was a wonderful appointment, too. From front desk staff, to his assistant (who I wish I could remember the name of), to Christian himself, I've felt welcomed, believed, respected, and treated with the same kindness and care as though I were family. I've felt like I don't need to mask and keep quiet, they've been able to give me such thorough information, answer my myriad of questions with accurate and helpful information, and share my silly sense of humor. Facing full dentures nowadays is often full of shame and blame. I've had dentists outright deny the genetic condition I have as though it couldn't possibly exist and mocked my pain. Despite medical proof. It's been a difficult life of dental issues. And it takes a heavy mental toll on one's self esteem. But I feel bolstered by my experiences at this office. I so sincerely appreciate the time and effort and caring that the entire office has put into their practice. They are doing this right, and no matter your income, you are treated as a priority. And my dentures look so much more natural than I ever imagined I would be able to have. As a chronically whimsical and smiling person, I lost my smile for eight months. Now it's back and I find myself unable to stop once again. I highly recommend them, especially if you are neurodivergent. :)

Christian has been my denturist for several years now. I initially got my second and third set from him. But I'm tired of my dentures continuing to break and being told it's due to me grinding my teeth. Problem is, I only keep my teeth in to eat, I always take them out after. But they continue to break, over, and over. I'm not going to pay a $100 repair fee when the quality of the material is just utter crap, and then being told I need a modification to them so they won't break and that's $700 out of pocket. Who in their right mind can afford that in this economy? So Christian, it's with a sad heart that I'm saying good bye and going to one of your competitors. Maybe they can fix a problem that you clearly just fail at.
