From my first consultation through my wisdom tooth removal and now for my recovery, I had an excellent experience with Dr. Newsome and his team! The entire process was smooth and well-organized. Dr. Newsome is an outstanding surgeon who is very professional and knowledgeable!!! The entire team was lovely, friendly, and compassionate from start to finish. Everyone was welcoming, attentive, and genuinely cared about making the experience as smooth as possible. The procedure went very well, and my recovery has been exactly as explained. I highly recommend Dr. Newsome and his team to anyone in need of oral surgery. Their expertise, professionalism, and kindness truly set them apart!!!!

I was referred to see a surgeon because my dentist said it was my wisdom tooth that was causing me problems. I wasn’t convinced of it because I didn’t start having issues until they put a crown on my tooth. However, the referral they gave me never called me back. So I looked for other doctors that took my issue and found this place. I wasn’t happy that I had to pay for service that day but I understand they charge. The Dr. was very nice and funny, not to mention he was easy on the eye! I think his name was Dr. Newsome. He told me that it wasn’t my wisdom tooth and he wouldn’t touch it without severe reason. I totally respected and appreciated that. I said the same thing the dentist told my mother 25yrs earlier. He told me to return to the dentist and let them know that it’s not the wisdom tooth that’s the issue. So it confirmed what I was already thinking. As he stated it was in fact the tooth with the crown. I had to have a root canal that really made me made because it was because of something they done to cause my nerve to be infected. I wished that I could have Dr. Newsome to be my dentist because even though this as been a few weeks ago they I came to see him. I STILL have issues with the crown. It has come off twice since the cancel was done.
I feel this office has honest providers and would do right by its patients. I would recommend based on my 1 and only encounter.

This practice sucks.
The price is different when you pay there compared to what they charged insurance, so you end up paying pennies less, than just outright.
This establishment is a joke and a rakketeer. Many other, better, non drug using nurse practitioners(admition to the patient durring consult), practices around. Ones that KNOW Which insurances they take to begin with.... not try to deny you because they THINK you're out of network. When, your network site, lists them and shows the practice is a provider for you...
Should have known then. SMH. Glad my mouth didn't get butchered by the one seeing me (all I could notice on my initial consult).

Its a disgrace to call this place a medical practice. To schedule a person who has had severe teeth issues for years who finally has the opportunity to get them fixed so they're not living in daily excruciating pain, and then 1 and a half days prior to the surgery (which has been in the books for almost a month) call and cancel on them because a vacation was scheduled for that time already. Terrible organization, terrible communication and frankly terrible people to do that to a person. If you're trying to get soemthing serious done, please save yourself and go elsewhere.

I was referred here by my dentist for a tooth extraction. My specific surgeon was Dr. DeSalvo. From start to finish, everyone I came into contact with was amazing from the receptionist, assistants and surgeons. I highly recommend if you have to have any kind of surgery. I had IV sedation and don’t remember a thing about my surgery and my recovery has gone well! Can’t thank them enough for everything they did and how they did it 🤍
