From Vicki V., Dental Patient from Desert Dentist Bear Valley Road - February 2, 2026 So many times people are wanting to put out a complaint or bad information THIS IS NOT THAT. You need to spread good news too. I want to personally thank Desert Dental for being a caring, good Dental Office. A brief history of me with dentists. I was raised with my Dad who was in the Air Force. The dentists on bases are not the most cordial and as a child I have a white coat high pressure phobia to dentists. I can't even go to the dentist without my sister there (keep in mind I'm the oldest!). So now we have the stress situation explained. My mother (and father RIP), before she passed she said if you ever have to go to a dentist I like Desert Dental (if Mom said it then it has to be true :). So trusting my mother I choose them. Keep in mind I'm on Medi-Cal. I don't have big bucks but I have a loving sister who was able to help me pay for the best pair of dentures. I received my dentures for the first time a couple of weeks ago and the lab made them just off enough that I actually got a hole in my gums. Dr. Eugenie Kim personally came to me and let me know we can fix this and we won't stop until you are comfortable. I was really stressed because my sister was not able to be with me that day. I literally got up out of the dental chair and she wanted to know what was wrong. She had them sent back to the lab, redone, and today I received my first pair of dentures with no pain, no fear, and a nice peaceful environment from Dr. Kim. And there is more than ALL of the staff. Every single last one from the front desk to other dental staff really cares (the front desk staff are so amazing). Really wanted me to be happy with their work. My teeth were damaged because many years ago I was an alcoholic and didn't take care of myself let alone my teeth. Today you would never know. Desert Dental is about good old fashion caring, putting out a quality product, and making sure you feel comfortable with everything that they do. I am smiling big for the first time in years. To start the girls that work the front are fabulous!!!! They are kind, attentive, respectful and understand when a patient has genuine fears no matter the age. The hygienist is gentle and attentive when doing a deep cleaning. I felt no pain at all thanks! The dentist I was with had much information on my situation she calmed me and took notice of my concerns. I highly recommend this office to anybody needing dental work and any age. They are great!! Thanks all …Today was my regular cleaning and once again the hygienist was AMAZING!!! Thanks to you all!!! I never look forward to seeing a dentist or an hygienist but these girls are becoming my friends.. Great job all

I am very grateful to have found this dental clinic for myself and my family. The staff is incredibly friendly, and the receptionists are very kind and attentive. I will definitely stick with this clinic; it's the best in the High Desert.🙏🙏💯

I had a root canal done and went in feeling extremely anxious, but the experience was surprisingly smooth and not nearly as painful as I imagined. The doctor was gentle and kept asking if I was okay, which made a huge difference and showed genuine care. The front office staff was also very friendly and helpful. I’m very thankful for such a positive experience.

From the walk-in to the walk out they were amazing. They make you feel comfortable and don’t pressure you. Look forward to returning. Unable to make a new review however I recently returned for a root canal and had the best service. The dr was very gentle and constantly checking on me. The office manager Elizabeth is awesome she helped me through the process and was very patient and welcoming. This is the best place I have ever been to.
