My husband is on the autism spectrum and has severe dental anxiety. Dr. Miller was outstanding from the very beginning. Within minutes, she was able to make him comfortable and perform an exam something that usually takes much longer with other dentists. He remained calm, relaxed, and cooperative throughout the visit, which was truly remarkable. Dr. Miller is compassionate, patient, and takes the time to understand each individual’s needs. We are extremely grateful for the level of care she provided and highly recommend Desert Elite Implant Institute to anyone seeking a dentist who is both skilled and genuinely caring.

This woman has a long history of being on probation with the Dental Board of California. If only I had known this before spending over a year waiting for completion of an implant. She overcharged my credit card saying I would be reimbursed but I have never seen any money coming back to me, she billed insurance for procedures never performed, allowed untrained office personnel to conduct procedures, dispensed drug with no paperwork, tried to install someone else’s tooth in my mouth, the office is filthy, and on the last visit she smelled of alcohol. I never went back but instead had to find a new dentist to fix her egregiously faulty work. I have given her so many chances to do the ethical thing and set things straight but she does not return my calls. If there was a rating of less than one star that is what I would choose for this review. All of these other reviews are fake. Steer clear.

Dr. Miller is not only extremely caring but also extremely knowledgeable and insightful and thorough. I received excellent treatment from her, and she spent a lot of time with me going over possible options suitable for my situation. She employs the latest equipment, and she is always up on the latest techniques. She cares deeply about her clients, and she was also has a great receptionist who is also very caring. I highly recommend her

I was recently looking for a Dentist in the Coachella Valley.
After much research, I called the office and made an appointment with Dr Kala Miller. The receptionist, Shelly, was very kind and welcoming. I set maybe 5 minutes, and Dr Miller came out and introduced herself, and escorted me to the exam room. Kathy, the RDA, entered the room with a smile and escorted me to the X-ray room. After X-rays, Dr Miller quickly returned to the exam room and went over them. She recommended that I have an MRI, which was done in the office by Dr Miller. She went over the results of the MRI and made recommendations for treatment that needed to be done and prioritized the procedures. I have had two procedures done by Dr Miller and her professional staff. The cost of my procedures has been very reasonable, and the professional staff is of the highest standards. If you are looking for an outstanding Dentist with the highest care and trained professionals, I encourage you to call Dr. Miller.

I’ve been coming to the institute for over 5 years. Now a lot of people think that implants are just a foundation to build up for veneers because most people just want a pretty smile. But I knew I had many other problems, I had not been to a dentist in almost 25 years. I needed tons of work which included bone grafts, sinus augmentations ,extractions, crowns, multiple periodontists trips.
As I mentioned before that some doctors will not mention all things that need to be done, they will just put all crowns and veneers on top of sometimes even rotting teeth. Celebrities are victims of this kind of practice. Although it is usually their doing.
I always look forward to my visits because I feel very well taken care of and how to keep all the work that I have had done healthy for the future.
