I was sent here from Affinity Dental to get an implant. The staff was friendly and professional. Appointments and follow-ups were easy to make. Dr. Hansen did the procedure. I was told step-by-step what was being done, why it was being done, how it would feel and the hoped for outcome. The whole experience was made so much easier by the professional treatment I received. Everything came out perfect. If I ever need oral surgery again, I'll definitely return. I highly recommend.

I could not recommend this place enough! I had a dental emergency Monday night and got a referral to this office who kindly got me in and addressed my concerns immediately the morning after. Dr. Hansen and his team were absolutely amazing for my wisdom teeth removal and I’m healing great thanks to them!

I had a procedure completed at this office nearly a year ago, and while the doctor was pleasant the office staff shared they ran my insurance for a biopsy that was suggested and an estimate that I would owe was "$0". The doctor stated, he didn't feel the biopsy was needed but wanted to run it anyway. Again, the company stating it was covered by my insurance, so made sense to run the biopsy. Fast forward 10 months and they bill me over $500 stating that my insurance didn't pay the $500 due to the doctor not stating the biopsy was related to the concern (but my dental insurance paid for the visit just not the biopsy as that was not clear on the reason in the notes)...and now they are wanting me to pay the claim due to the fine print of the document that stated I owed "$0" and that had spoke to my insurance and it was covered, and they didn't feel it was necessary but wanted it ran anyway and the office will not bill my medical insurance....Terrible customer service to request items from your patient and an estimate bill to be SO FAR off from the dental insurance actual coverage, what was the actual point of checking prior to my appointment?? And then not to even update the note since half was covered to ensure coverage, since clearly it was originally covered prior to the biopsy being done! I would be cautious if you go there and getting anything done...they may just bill you for the funds that really could be getting your insurance to cover!
Update- I have contacted your office, as well as my medical insurance who informed me thave you have been a medical provider since 2019, so there is NO reason you can not bill my medical provider vs. sending me a bill...but when I contact your office I get no where- your staff just tells me to pay the $500 as they will not bill my medical insurance. Thanks for the resposne...but not helpful!

Dr. Hansen and his team took good care of me. I had multiple teeth removed and implants placed, the process was smooth and the healing has been better than expected. After the surgery Dr Hansen himself called me to check in and make sure I was doing well. Overall really great experience.

I had all four wisdom teeth pulled and had a great experience! From the beginning, Dr. Hansen and his team showed amazing service by making it easy to set up a date after my consultation. He is very knowledgeable and answered all questions making you feel comfortable upon surgery. I appreciated the one on one call and messaging with Dr. Hansen even after my surgery! Big shoutout to Olivia as well for all the follow-up calls and clear instructions. I already have recommended this facility to everyone who asked about my surgery. Overall, my experience was splendid definitely highly recommend!
