Let us know they no longer accept our insurance 3 days before our whole family appointment in mid June. This would be understandable, however made the change to no longer accept our insurance on January 1st and decided not to inform any of us for over 6 months.

Went to Dr. Tu because the periodontist he referred me to was incompetent and uncaring. 6 days post op. I had pain swallowing, had a big swollen bump on my cheek, could open my mouth about 1/2 inch and Dr. Tu told me I looked fine. Two days later I was in the emergency room. He didn't bother to do a thorough exam but believe me, I got a bill for it which I refused to pay.

Today,4-30-25, I had a filling repaired. Had the usual friendly and professional service by Dr.Tu and his assistant. The lady assistant was very friendly both before and after the repair and took the time to talk to me about the dental procedure and precautions i should take. I actually look forward to going to the dentist at Design Dental because of the skill and friendly atmosphere!
