This is the best office I've ever been. Dr. Ahmed Zaidi does such a great job at informing and explaining everything that will go on during my appointment. My surgery was an amazing experience from start to finish. Nurses Kimberly, Kelcie and Angelica were incredible; they are true professionals, and their care and explanations made me feel completely comfortable and safe. They patiently answered all my questions, which really put me at ease. Dr. Ahmed Zaidi performed the surgery, and I didn't feel any pain or discomfort at all. Every member of the staff was courteous, caring and compassionate. Excellent practice all around!. I genuinely recommend this office to anyone looking for excellence care.

Angelica (RDA) and Dr. Zaidi were outstanding—both highly professional and caring. My eight-year-old son had his first major dental procedure, and they made him feel completely at ease. I felt confident knowing he was in great hands. Thank you so much! I’ll definitely be recommending them to my family and friends.

I had a terrible wisdom tooth problem & was in so much pain. Other dental offices were giving me a 2-3 week waiting period. Since the firs time i called this office their patient care was top notch. The receptionist was so kind & was able to get me seen the next day. At the appointment they did incredible care with the xrays. Their RDA’s were all kind. Dr. Zaidi has great bedside manners & explained to me the different options while answering all my questions & concerns. He did an amazing job with my extraction, minimal pain & his RDA Angelica made me feel so safe & at ease while getting my IV sedation. I definitely recommend DFWOMS for your dental care

I've been dealing with a crazy infection down in my jaw line and Dr. Taylor Jung was professional, knowledgeable, precise, and very empathetic for my surgical procedure. It literally felt like it passed in one minute. She even addressed an issue present that was not even what my primary dentist had ordered but was exacerbating the situation. I appreciated her time and care and, this will be my place for these things from now on. Thank you, Dr. Jung and a special acknowledgement for RDA Angelica as well! Angelica was pleasant, professional, humorous and really took the necessary time, patience, and priority with my care. She compliments Dr. Jung very well when they are paired together. Thank you again.

I called this office with our insurance coordinator before scheduling and specifically asked whether they treated autistic adults. After the consultation, they asked us to send his X-rays so the dentist could review them and determine treatment. We submitted them promptly, then spent weeks calling for an update. After multiple follow-up calls, I was finally told that the dentist couldn’t determine treatment from the X-rays and would not treat him because of his disability. We were instead referred to another dentist who “may” be able to treat autistic adults. This was a complete waste of time. If the office had been honest from the start, we would not have scheduled or paid for the consultation. Families of people with disabilities should not have to go through consultations, submit records, and repeatedly follow up only to be turned away because of a disability.
