Great experience from start to finish! 10/10! I would absolutely recommend them to anyone seeking wisdom teeth treatment. Dr. S is truly amazing, knowledgeable, professional, and incredibly reassuring throughout the entire process. He took the time to explain everything clearly, which made me feel confident and at ease.
His assistants, Kathy and Edith, were just as wonderful! They were attentive, kind, and consistently checked in to make sure I was comfortable. Their warm and caring approach really made a difference and helped calm any nerves I had. The whole team created such a positive and supportive environment. I couldn’t have asked for better care!

If you’re someone like me who gets really nervous about going to the dentist, this is the office you want to go to. From the moment I walked in, the team made me feel welcomed, calm, and truly cared for. My anxiety went down immediately because everyone was so kind and understanding.
I had a procedure done with Dr. Castillo, and he and his staff were absolutely amazing. They explained everything, made sure I was comfortable, and went above and beyond throughout the entire visit. Their compassion and professionalism made a huge difference for me.
I highly recommend this office to anyone — especially those who struggle with dental anxiety. I’m hoping I won’t need another procedure anytime soon, but if I do, I will definitely be returning. This team is caring, patient, and genuinely committed to making every patient feel safe and supported.

I recently visited DFW Oral Surgeons for a wisdom tooth extraction. The staff was professional, caring, friendly, patient, and organized, all the qualities we appreciate to see when trusting someone with our care.
The treatment coordinator, Marlene Rodriguez, was very welcoming and created a safe space for me to ask all my questions, specially regarding the financial aspects of my procedure.
Dr. Lico Castillo and the surgical assistants Patty and Alexa made feel well-informed, comfortable, and safe throughout the whole process. My post-surgery nurse, Evalyne, also made me feel comfortable and safe once I woke up from my anesthesia.
The office itself was clean. well- organized, and clear in explaining what I should expect before and after the procedure. My recovery is going smoothly, and I appreciate their attention to detail and follow-up care.
I’d definitely recommend this office to anyone who needs a wisdom tooth extraction. The team I had with me was absolutely perfect, and I will always recommend them to anyone who needs excellent oral surgery care.

Dr. Castillo was fantastic! He took the time to explain the procedure and answer my questions in a professional and polite manner. He even personally called me later that day, after my daughter's wisdom teeth removal, to check on her. The assistant and entire staff were very kind, hospitable, and helpful. The office was clean and well maintained. I highly recommend Dr. Castillo!

I was so nervous about getting my wisdom teeth removed that I ended up putting it off until I was 35. When I came in for a clogged salivary duct, I figured it was the perfect time to take care of both issues in one visit. From the moment of my consultation to the completion of my surgery, I was treated with incredible warmth and kindness. The whole process was seamless. The care I received from Dr. Shillingburg and his team was top-notch, and to my surprise, I even got a call later that evening to check on how I was doing. I truly felt like family here, and I’m so grateful for the whole experience.

Meet the Doctors

Dr. Lim is a board-certified oral and maxillofacial surgeon who earned his Doctor of Dental Medicine degree at the University of Louisville School of Dentistry and completed his oral and maxillofacial surgery residency at the University of Mississippi Medical Center.
