Called to see if I can get a quote for a wisdom tooth removal, their website advertises half price for wisdom tooth removal and yet doesn’t have a price range they can tell me about. I have called other places and at the least the person on the phone could talk to me and tell me, it usually goes from X amount to X amount could be more depending on your evaluation. Very fair answer. Person at the front desk answers the phone with a “Hello?” Like I’m calling just anyone rather than a place of business and as I start to tell them that I’m calling for a price quote I’m cut off from speaking and with an aggressive tone they’re telling me that they don’t do that, I have to come in for them to give me a price. Fair enough but there’s no need to be so aggressive over the phone. By the way wisdom tooth guys does it for $745 I don’t know how much this office charges but let me put this crumb here to see if they’re actually half priced.

I am never one to leave poor reviews, but I have to with this one. I tried calling to inquire about teeth extraction, went straight to voicemail. Called two more times, because it was within their operating hours and sometimes that happens if they're on the line with another customer, and someone answered and told us to stop calling- I hadn't even said a thing yet. Not sure if y'all got the wrong number on the website and Google, but if it is the right number then that's an extremely unprofessional way to approach new patients.

I called for a price estimate. The man said it was illegal to give me a price estimate over the phone and was a bit rude. I understand if that’s their policy, but I don’t think it’s illegal - other dentists have given me estimates over the phone.

Dr T is one of a kind. He really cares about his patients and always tries to do a good job on everything. I'm very glad I chose to get my dental work done here. The customer service is exceptional, and he spends ample time on each patient. I've never experienced a time when I felt anything was rushed.
