Dr. Nguyen and the team at Distinctive Dentistry provide exceptional care from the moment you walk through the door. Everyone is kind, considerate, and genuinely focused on making patients feel comfortable. They take the time to explain every step of the process, ensuring you know exactly what to expect. As a new patient, I was even given a tour of the office before my appointment, which was a wonderful touch. The office is spotless, and the entire staff is welcoming, friendly, and helpful. I was truly impressed and highly recommend Distinctive Dentistry!

had an absolutely wonderful experience at Distinctive Dentistry by Mullens & Nguyen. From the moment I walked in, the reception staff made me feel welcome with their professionalism and friendliness—they truly set the tone for the entire visit.
The hygienist was exceptional—thorough, gentle, and very professional while still being warm and easy to talk to. It made the whole experience comfortable and stress-free. The dentist is always approachable, kind, and clearly dedicated to providing the best care possible. You can tell they genuinely care about their patients.
The entire team at this location is fabulous. Everyone works together seamlessly, creating an environment that feels both efficient and supportive. The office itself is beautifully decorated, clean, and inviting, which really helps create a safe and calming space for dental care.
If you’re looking for a dental practice with an outstanding team that excels at what they do, I highly recommend Distinctive Dentistry by Mullens & Nguyen. Their level of care and professionalism truly stands out! I drive 45 minutes to receive the excellent care Mile!!

First time visitor….this practice blew me away. I don’t write reviews very often…and if I do they tend to be on a negative level. This time is different. Jacksonville needs to know. The people are kind and caring at a different level. First time visits require x rays and a consultation. They don’t slam the x rays in your mouth they do it slowly and you are comfortable the whole time. I told my entire office about them and how great they are. So happy to have found them!

I’ve been a patient of Dr. Mullins for many years, and I couldn’t be happier with the care I receive. I recently visited for Botox treatment, and as always, Dr. Mullins was professional, friendly, and made me feel completely comfortable throughout the appointment. His office is always spotless, clean, and well organized, and the entire staff is welcoming and kind. It’s an excellent practice, and I highly recommend Dr. Mullins to anyone looking for outstanding dental care and aesthetic treatments

Once arriving and being greeted, I was quickly taken down the hallway and strapped into a dental chair and had psychedelic lights in my face and a popsicle or some type with a flavor, but it was great. The whole experience was great, in the “CAT” lounge where you could just sit down and play with cats
