I was always nervous when it comes to the dentist but after finding Dr. O’Rourke-Allen a few years ago things have changed. The atmosphere is so laid back and I don’t need my music in my ears during the procedures because they provide that throughout the office. I especially like the way she makes me feel comfortable and tell me everything she’s about to do. The numbing process is a breeze with her and before I can think about the painless procedure she’s done. I also love the connections she has with her staff who are always friendly and helpful.

If you ever have to send your child here for a wisdom teeth removal I highly recommend them! They have the most nicest and friendliest staff ever. They are also quick to get everything done in a timely manner. They explain what’s going to happen with the surgery with you before they bring your child back and let you know when your child is done before they wheel them out. We came from lake Charles, la to get his removal done because no one else could get him in quick enough. It didn’t even take a week and we had him scheduled.

My gum cleanings went very well. My person she was very gentle, patient and caring with me. She talked me through the process. I’m very happy with my care.

Excellent services. The staff members were super caring and friendly. They explained the treatment plan throughly and given options of choices. They were very professional and understanding. Keep up the great work !!

My experience is consistent at every visit from the front desk staff, hygienists, and doctor is always consistent. Each part of the process is explained thoroughly by the appropriate individual. All questions that I may have are answers.
