The female that took my x-rays seem like she didn’t want to be at work. She just dropped the x-ray covering on my chest which almost pulled my earrings out. So she seem like she wasn’t in a good mood. The hygienist was very professional and had a great personality. She explained everything she was going to do. She asked me if I had any questions and the questions I did have she answered them thoroughly. The Doctor was rude. I told her that I had pain in my tooth on the right side of my mouth in the back, she never addressed my pain. All she addressed is the areas where my gums were receding, which is fine but also addressed the pain that I’m having also, but she just ignored my pain. Then she asked me questions about my receding gums, and it wasn’t the answers that she was looking for so she stated to me “That has nothing to do with what I’m asking”. It took everything in my power not to tell her off and walk out, but I try not to go low with ignorant people. The receptionist was very professional and helpful. She was also Pleasant to talk to. This dentist office is obviously not the place for me and I will be looking for a new dentist. Hopefully, they will get a better doctor in there and correct the unprofessionalism that exist.

I won’t be returning. I thought with all of the reviews, this dental office would be good but it was not. I will say, the dentist was nice but that doesn’t mean much from a medical perspective. Weird atmosphere with Christian music playing in the waiting room. I waited 30 minutes to be seen and then another 30 minutes for the dentist to come in. Also the dental assistant seemed nice, I could not understand one single thing she said due to her language barrier. When it comes to my health, I expect to be able to communicate with the medical professionals as sometimes doctors visits can be scary for people and I was unable to communicate with this dental assistant due to her language barrier. It’s great they have staff who speak another language but I would hope they could communicate with all of us. With a 1 minute overview of my mouth, the dentist advised I would need a certain amount of work done, which to me felt excessive as I have always had good teeth. I then proceeded to the front desk to pay but had to wait for the female receptionist as she argued in a strange manner with someone on the phone. It was very unprofessional. I advised I would not be back and I will never go back. After my visit, I was bombarded with requests from the office to review them. Fast forward a few months- I received a second opinion from another dentist who advised I did not need any of that extensive work done and that I was bizarre the previous dentist had advised it. I’m writing this to hopefully help someone who may be too trusting in this facility or the medical field in general. It is OK to question the care you are receiving and to get second opinions. I’m grateful I did.

I went about a month ago, and definitely did NOT have a positive experience here. Dr. Bell had HORRIFIC bedside manner and was very unprofessional. No matter whatever issues the patient comes with, I personally believe that a doctor being condescending does not bode well ever. Being spoken down to and made to feel bad immediately was incredibly off-putting. Her hygienist was so sweet, and the front desk ladies were helpful as well. The one star is reserved just for Dr. Bell. I hope she can extend empathy and kindness towards her other patients from here on out.
