The entire office building was very clean, ALL the employees were Awesome, they were caring and made sure all of my questions were answered from the receptionist, billing person, technicians and the Dentist. Everyone went over and beyond their way to help me (as I know I required a little extra time), but they were all nice with their approach to me. They showed excellent team work, collaborating on my plan of care with me. I was extremely nervous and the professionalism and concern that everyone showed me made me very comfortable and I knew I was at the right place. I will definitely give referrals for this Dental group.

had such a great experience at the dental center! The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming from the moment I walked in. The dentist explained everything clearly and made sure I felt comfortable throughout the visit. For the first time ever, I actually felt at ease sitting in the dental chair.

I went to this dental office because there were so many good reviews. Here is my experience. APPOINTMENT: called and spoke with the receptionist who was informative and friendly and quickly got me scheduled. FACILITY/STAFF: Facility was clean and inviting. The staff was super friendly. SO WHY A 1 STAR RATING? After getting approval from my insurance company, I expected the process to be straightforward. Instead, I was stuck in endless phone tag and never received clear information about the cost of services. While the staff I spoke with was polite, I later learned that this office was out of network. I was willing to pay extra to stay with this provider, but my calls were never returned and I was ultimately left without the care I needed. This lack of communication was both frustrating and disappointing. UPDATE: Several months after this I kept receiving phone calls and voicemail messages from them stating that my insurance was finally approved. Because the initial staff that I had interacted with were so friendly I decided to give them another chance.

I've been a patient for over 20 years! They have an incredible staff and assistants that go over and beyond! The dentist are very friendly and caring!! They give you the best recommendations and their work is excellent!! I actually enjoy going to them because I feel at ease that my dental needs will be taken care! Also, they are fair with their prices if you are cash patient. I am a very happy patient😁

If it were possible to leave a zero-star review, I would. It's really unfortunate because my son and I have been visiting Downey Dental Group over the past couple years for care and cleanings. Nearly a year ago, my son needed baby root canals and had two metal crowns placed over the teeth. One of the crowns came off twice (once not long after the procedure, and again last night). The first time it fell off, we went back and they put it back on with no issue. Today, my father took my son to get the crown put back on, but the dentist refused because the adult tooth was right under the baby tooth. Instead, the dentist said that the tooth needed to be extracted with a price tag of $500. I told my dad that I did not want to put my son through the pain of an extraction for a tooth that would eventually fall out, and when my dad relayed the information to the dentist, the dentist became very short with him and said they "were done," then walked away without saying anything else for the remainder of the visit. He was incredibly rude and unprofessional, and my dad was really disappointed in the reaction he received. When my son came home, a large piece of his tooth and the cement came out, as it was discovered that the tooth had been cracked at some point (we're assuming it happened during the grinding-down of his tooth). I can understand the concern about putting a crown back on the baby tooth if the tooth might fall out soon, but because the crown fell off twice and the treatment that my dad and son received today, I will not be returning to Downey Dental Group. It felt like we inconvenienced the dentist by not dishing out the money to extract a tooth that will come out on its own, and as a client and a parent I find that deeply upsetting.
