From the moment you walk through the doors of Downtown Concord Dental, you can feel the difference. The front desk team welcomes you with warmth and efficiency. The hygienists are incredibly thorough and gentle. The manager ensures everything runs seamlessly. And the dentist, Dr Lee? Exceptionally knowledgeable, patient, and truly attentive.
What stood out to me most was how safe and cared for I felt throughout the entire visit. Every question I had was answered with clarity and confidence. Every concern was heard and respected. There was no rush, no pressure, just a genuine commitment to excellence and patient comfort.
Dental anxiety simply doesn’t stand a chance here. At Downtown Concord Dental, the entire experience is outstanding, professional, compassionate, and above all, reassuring. I left feeling not only well cared for, but genuinely grateful. This is what dentistry should feel like! Thank you, Dr. Lee! You’re THE BEST!

I had an awesome experience at Downtown Concord Dental! Dr. Lee and the entire staff were so friendly, personable, and welcoming. They made me feel completely comfortable, and the care was excellent. I also loved the atmosphere — they had Disney playing and even animals around like a turtle, fish, and a sweet dog. Hands down the best dental experience I’ve had. Highly recommend!

This is a review about a treatment done around 2 years ago. Dr Lee suggested I needed 2 crowns because the molars were chipped ( I did not have any discomfort or pain). I trusted the expert and had it done without root canal. He said he could do both at the same time. One of the crown had to be replaced 3 times because it would never fit well and it was bothering. I kept telling him it bothered and he said it everything was perfect so it shouldn’t bother me. He looked bothered every time I told him something was not ok. Almost as If I was making my pain up. I moved out of state and after almost two years of not being able to chew on that side I decided to go see a dentist and he said there was inflammation and infection and I needed a root canal. Always go for a second opinion.

It has taken me many years to find a dentist that I feel so comfortable with that I am virtually anxiety free at the thought of scheduling an appointment, and then actually committing to the appointment. DDS Aaron Lee and is entire staff are incredibly awesome! I am very grateful to have found them through an equally awesome coworker. This dental care provider is exceptional in every way. Non judgemental, compassionate, thorough and gentle. If you happen to be looking for a new dentist, then look no further. Call Downtown Concord Dental, today! You'll be glad you did!

I had a great experience here! Doctor Lee was very sweet and answered any questions I had about my silver filling. He also went ahead and explained to me why specific materials are used for fillings, etc, and answered any questions I had during my time there. The staff here were also very sweet and friendly! They took me to Surprise, the office turtle 😂😂😂. He was really cute. I had a great time here, and would definitely go again for any future appointments!
