Inexperienced hygienist and dentist. Dr Sanaz recommended that I get my tooth removed when I came in with some pain. Just because they don't have an endodontist that could look at it - they thought getting the tooth removed was the correct remedy.
I don't care about costs but the I do care about the level of care being provided. This practice is nothing but sham to prey on people who are stuck because of limited dental up here. The advice given to me contradicted other dentists and I saw multiple. Also, there needs to be a degree of humility in care being provided - which I felt was off as soon as I stepped into the office.
All the good reviews are from the previous doctor here - DR Vert.
Dr Metha took over just over a year ago and the level of care is declined significantly.
I would steer clear of this place and look elsewhere. They care more about the dollars than your health care or treatment plan.

Dr Mehta has a very nice modern office with well trained staff. I've received great care at this facility, and the staff is competent and kind, too. They have updated their billing practices, and now you can bill your insurance, and I'm happy to see this change.

rudest receptionist ever ohmygod!! could not give an estimate over the phone and would not book my appointment because I said I was going to call around. hung up on her I can't believe the way she was speaking to a potential new client. found someone nicer and that could actually give me an estimate. would give 0 if possible.

Dr. Ajay Mehta performed a root canal and multiple crowns, no soreness even the next day! I would highly recommend, appreciate his care, excellence in his work and his friendly disposition. Eureka is fortunate to have his professional services and the staff were incredibly supportive and helpful! The office has state of the art technology as well as beautiful with a warm cozy environment.

A nice office with friendly staff. I was having a great experience until Dr. Sanaz came in and was berating her hygienist in front of me for a simple mistake. It was incredibly awkward and unprofessional.
