Amazing service! Im sore? Yes, naturally since I had my teeth extracted but they were so kind and patient that my normal fear of the dentistoffice just metled away. If ever (God forbid) I need a tooth removed again I will definitely go back there!

I was referred to this Oral surgeon from my dentist to have teeth removed and roots removed that were kicked out and broken in a very traumatic abduction and violent sexual assault. Unfortunately, in addition to my teeth and jaw, I suffered a shattered hip and both knees. I have to transport via ambulance on a gurney. I waited months for this appointment because the surgeon's office was vandalized and my appointment was moved. When I arrived to a crowded waiting room, one of the ladies at the front desk looked at me and said they would not see me because the gurney. The EMTs said they can collapse the gurney and make it smaller or slide me into their chair, but she refused to even try. She stated that I needed to be able to stand for the x-rays. I asked the woman were wheelchairs accommodated and she said yes, but not me. Again, the EMTs said they could collapse the gurney so it could fit, but she refused and went on to help another patient with that interrupted our dialogue to discuss her appointment. I began to cry because it hurts so bad to be transported, but I pushed it because my teeth hurt so badly. To be dismissed so carelessly and embarrassed as my information is being said in a crowded waiting room with everyone starring is nothing short of humiliating and completely unprofessional. They didn't even try to accommodate me no matter what the EMTs and I said. The doctor even saw me and allowed this to take place and starred as I cried and was loaded back in the ambulance. People don't understand how revictimizing it is to be dismissed in such a heartless way as the whole office is listening to my personal information. Then to have the doctor come outside and just watch me be loaded back into the ambulance while crying what kind of people do that. I'm in so much pain and then it is hard to get up the courage to even go outside after what happened to me. All to be discriminated and humiliated by a doctor and his staff in a crowded office. Shame on you Dr. Bakak and your staff, you should never treat people the way you treated me!

Just left the office and never have felt such hatred and discriminated before in my life. I went to have 4 wisdom teeth pulled. The dental assistant hooked me up to check my blood pressure and my legs are crossed. The machine showed it was high. He presses the button again not letting me relax or uncross my legs and it's drops a significant amount. Here comes this horrible man telling me how he can not take them out because I need to take care of my health. Sir I am nervous and my blood pressure is under control. I asked him if I could have 5 minutes to relax. He proceeded to tell me I should have had this surgery when I was a teenager(I'm 38). Why have a surgery done when my teeth were not bothering me. He then starts to yell at me that he will not do it. Mind you I just saw him and about 4 workers leave Boston market having lunch. 2 elderly ladies went before me without incident and also had health issues. Apparently my complection and the difficulty of my procedure after his well fed lunch made him lazy and very cruel. I would never recommend him to anyone in my life. The dental office he works out of even wants me to talk to their manager.
