I highly recommend Premier Smile and Implant Center to anyone looking for quality implants at a discount price with stellar service to go along with it. I have been to Palmetto Coast Dental, Smile Center, Aspen, and Affordable Dentures and Implants. And none of them could come close to matching the price that Premier Smile and Implants gives because they have their own lab on site which allows them to give you a price break. And none of those places even came close to matching the level of service I received here. The staff here are all extremely knowledgeable, professional, and friendly and were able to answer all my questions. Dr. Benjamin Keller couldn't have made me feel more at ease. He made sure to explain everything in hear detail to make sure I understood everything. You can clearly see that he cares about his patients and when there is any problem he squeeze you in right away. After having a lot of bad experiences at dentists offices I can honestly tell you i will not be going anywhere else. I gave 5 stars, but honestly I would have given 10 if I could have

After years of dealing with damaged teeth, pain and constant repairs, I finally decided to explore dental implants. I only wish I had done it sooner.
From my very first consultation the staff at Premier Smile and Implant Center and Dr. Keller made me feel comfortable and well informed.
Dr. Keller took the time to thoroughly explain why I was experiencing my dental issues, reviewed all of my treatment options, and clearly outlined the benefits of dental implants. He listened to my concerns and never made me feel rushed or pressured into making a decision. Instead he educated me, answered every question I had, and helped me choose the option that would provide the best long-term outcome for my health and quality of life.
One thing that really stood out was how detailed Dr. Keller was during the consultation, he explained the bone grafting process, showed me scans, and helped me understand that I had just the right amount of bone for the procedure.
Seeing everything visually made me feel much more confident moving forward.
If you are hesitant because you're worried about the pain, do not let that hold you back. I returned to work withing 48 hours (although recovery will vary depending on your job). Dr. Keller prescribed the right medications to keep me comfortable during the first week, and his precision and surgical technique made a huge difference in minimizing pain and swelling. I'm currently on day five after my oral surgery and implant placement, and my recovery has honestly been much easier than I expected.
I cannot wait to receive my permanent teeth in about 10 weeks. I'm looking forward to smiling confidently again without feeling self conscious, but ever more importantly, I'm excited to be able to chew comfortable and enjoy my meals without pain.
This decision was not just about improving my appearance, but rather the overall quality of my life.
I'm 43 years old and have struggled with dental problems for many years. Looking back, my only regret is not exploring dental implants sooner.
I highly recommend Dr. Keller and his team to anyone who has been putting this procedure off due to fear or uncertainty. The care and professionalism, and expertise I received made all the difference. I am so grateful to have taken this step!!!

I can’t say enough great things about Dr. Keller , Leslie, and Tyler at the Premiere Dental Implants Center. From start to finish, they truly go above and beyond in every aspect of care. What stands out most is how much they genuinely care about their patients—you’re not just another appointment to them.
They take the time to explain everything, make you feel comfortable, and ensure you’re getting the best possible outcome. Their attention to detail, professionalism, and compassion are unmatched. It’s rare to find a team so dedicated and invested in their patients’ well-being.

Dr.Keller and his staff are so talented & so kind hearted. I have been to many different oral surgeons & dentists through out my life. And I give Dr. Keller & his staff an A++. I’m so glad I found them! They always take such good care of me. Also, it’s a beautiful , relaxing, & center— They’re the best! They gave me my ability to talk & smile again :)

My surgery was five (5) months ago and I have been trying to come up with some way to express the impact that Dr. Keller, Tyler and Leslie have made in my life.
The professionalism and compassion of the entire staff was quite evident from the very first day. My surgery was was perfectly uneventful and the recovery was easy. They were diligent in making sure that my new teeth fit perfectly and that I was happy with the results. Well mission accomplished. I can only say thank you for changing my life. By the way I obviously recommend Premier Smile and Implant Center with five (5) stars because they don't offer (6)
