He might be a good dentist, but the wait time is ridiculous. My appointment was at 2 and they didn't call me in till 2 1/2 hrs later then in the wait room is almost another 1hr 1/2 to be seen.. ridiculous

Approaching hour 4 for a filling and still no doctor. They even asked me to come in early! I dropped everything, literally lunch on table and got there and was told, “Oops sorry we didn’t think a patient was going to show up but they did so you gotta wait.” “Go do other stuff and we will call you.” I don’t “have other stuff to do” and they knew I was coming from Piedras. Recap: I came 1 hour early for them and now am 3 hours past my original appointment and still waiting. Spent the time looking for another dentist. I’ve been with them for 5 years with both kids and I am tired of them booking beyond their capabilities. Sorry just doesn’t Cut it anymore.

This place is ridiculous! 4 hours for an appointment I had my appointment at 4 I’m writing this at 8:20pm sitting in the waiting room and there’s still people coming in! That the customer service from the front desk is absolute garbage, DO NOT come here, you’re better off letting your teeth rot! I can’t forget to mention that they rescheduled my appointment for 3 consecutive months! I can’t post zero stars or I would!

I would Not recommend. Everyone is friendly but this is the only dentist’s office where I’ve heard cries of pain coming from the back, that should have been my warning to leave. I discovered at another dentist that all sorts of work hadn’t been done that should have been, and my experience getting fillings was very traumatic. Bring a book or three because wait times are hours long, too.

I’ve seen De la Peña for years, he pulled out my wisdom teeth and I had the best experience ever!! No pain, he talked throughout the whole procedure!! He is the best of the best, him and his staff are amazing!! He’s knowledgeable and very calm and sweet!! Very humble and listens to his patients!! I recommend him to everyone I know !!
