Dr Lairmore is the MAN. I had two teeth pulled, with very little pain afterwards. The staff was awesome and very very understanding of my behavior when I was under anesthesia lol. Would highly recommend going to Dr lairmore for your oral procedures. 5 STARS

I'm not the patient, I'm the patient's ride, so my review is strictly about the office, not the procedure. The waiting room is so loud, and when I asked for the remote to the TV, they said it's on a set volume and they don't change it. I was the only one in there so that's wild. It also prohibited the employee at the counter from hearing my dad when he asked what she said because HE couldn't hear her EITHER. So there are miscommunications between patients and staff, which they could fix by keeping the TV lower, and it's a terrible environment to be stuck waiting in. You can wait in the hall (which is what I did), but there's a TWO HUNDRED dollar fee that the patient has to pay if their ride leaves. I don't know how this is legal. But I spent the entire time wondering if I would hear them or if they'd think I left and would charge my dad a bunch of money. I will say, the woman who brought my dad out in a wheelchair was so nice and helpful, but based on the experience of just bringing someone there, I will never choose to go there myself

I took my Daughter to get a root canal on Friday 12/7/24. When they brought her out I could tell that she was in so much pain. So I asked the lady where is her antibiotics, and pain medicine. She told me that since my daughter is already under pain management that they couldn’t give her anything else. So I said what does that have to do with the procedure that dentist just performed? She told me that she would be fine with the pain medication that she already had. I said no she needs antibiotics, and pain meds for the root canal that y’all just did. She told me again that my daughter would be fine with the meds that she already had. My daughter told me to let it go because she saw that they didn’t give not one concern about her after they got their money for that procedure. My daughter has been in terrible pain since they did this root canal. So she called them, and told them how bad the pain was, and they told her that they had contacted her pain management doctor about giving her something, not even an antibiotic. She called her pain management doctor, and they told her that they hadn’t received anything from this doctor office concerning her. Then the dentist office told her that they called her antibiotic prescription in to Costco. My daughter pulled up her Costco pharmacy account, and showed them that there was nothing called in to Costco , which was another lie. So my daughter told them how her mouth was hurting, and her mouth was swollen. They then told her to come back that Monday to take the stitches out of her mouth. When my daughter went @ 8:00 am that morning the tech took the stitches out no numbing pain medication. The dentist was not even there. So this is Thursday 12/12/, and my daughter mouth is still swollen, she’s still in terrible pain. Now she wished that she hadn’t gotten this procedure done. The tooth was not bothering her, but she wanted to get her oral health taken care of before the tooth started bothering her. When I tell you that this has been a painful experience, and not just the procedure. My daughter lost her smile at this dentist office. Is this a dentist office, or a nightmare. I chose nightmare. This is, and was totally unacceptable, and unwarranted. The pic of my daughter with the bonnet on is what her mouth looks like right now. Time to extract my daughter from this dentist office.
