I had an excellent experience at Dr. Gilfillan’s office. The staff was friendly, professional, and welcoming. Dr. Gilfillan performed a restorative procedure on a chipped lower tooth using composite resin, which has held up well and has not detached. I have undergone this procedure several times at other dental clinics, and the results were not as long-lasting. Dr. Gilfillan took the time to clearly explain the procedure, answered all of my questions, and ensured my comfort throughout the entire visit. The office was clean, modern, and efficiently run, and I never felt rushed. Leyla was my dental hygienist, and her level of care was exceptional. I truly felt that both Dr. Gilfillan and Leyla had my best interests in mind. I highly recommend this dental clinic to anyone seeking honest, gentle, and high-quality dental care.

I just want to start by saying Dr. Gillfillan and his office are amazing they are kind and sweet. I'm not writing a review to tarnish their business or reputation. I am writing to spread public knowledge. For first responders those who get called in unexpectedly and work crazy hours. For cancellation or missing appointments and not calling 24 hours ahead of time after a couple of times they will no longer let you schedule an appointment. You will be considered as a walk-in that week which kinda makes you feel like you are not a priority. They also charge cancellation fees after the first time. They use a text system that is not reliable all the time. I asked to speak with Gillfillan himself about a month ago regarding this and I still haven't heard back from him. I ended up switching to a dentist who understands emergency call-in and charges 0 dollars for first responders canceling. Gillfillan's office is great for the public but not as a first responder who gets called in unexpectedly.

My dental experience was amazing. For someone who dislike dental appointments like myself because of too many mishaps and dental malpractice… today that changed. Jordan my hygienist is amazing. She was able to clean my teeth thoroughly without making me feel like I’m in a bloody surgeon’s chair. She is very detailed on cleaning every single one of my tooth and make sure that I am ok. Feels like I went to teeth spa… feeling how clean my teeth was without the anxiety. I will definitely not miss my 6 months dental cleaning from now on. I am looking forward on my next dental appointment with Dr G for few dental works to be done. Finally found our Home Dental Clinic for the whole Nestor Team.

While many people hate going to the Dentist I look forward to every visit at this office. They treat you like you really matter.

I have been a patient of Dr. Gilfillan for about 10 years. I have recommended his practice many times, and always had an exceptional experience. I have a front tooth that has a crown on it. The teeth on either side have tarnished, and do not match at all. I thought I would have to put crown's on them to match the three front teeth. Yesterday, he and his dental assistant Anne, ground down and bonded the two teeth on either side of the crown. It required no numbing and was a painless experience. He is a true artist, and I am very pleased with the results. This process cost about half the price of a crown and I am VERY pleased.
