Where to even begin. From the time your foot steps in that door you are taken care of. I had an emergency situation in which they got me in same day then surgery two days later. My comfort was his top priority. All the nursing staff were incredible. When I went in for surgery they had blankets prepared. They all have such great bed side manner which is rare these days. Dr Lombardo not only ensures your comfort while in his care but also tries to be efficient to benefit you. I truly can't express my appreciation to him and his team. I highly recommend them.

I was very nervous taking my 96 year old father to have two teeth removed. Dr. Lombardo was very knowledgeable and professional during the whole process. My father said he didn’t feel any pain and had a smooth recovery. I highly recommend Dr. Lombardo for your oral surgery needs.

I’m left speechless at how kind everyone at this office is. Originally went to Dr. Lombardo for a second opinion on my wisdom teeth. I was initially told by a different dentists office that I HAD to be put to sleep (great fear of anesthesia). I was disregarded and barely talked to about my options. I booked with Dr. Lombardo with the hopes that I would have other options and that was the best decision I could’ve made. When you first walk in, you’re greeted by smiling faces and everyone asking how you’re doing. For a drs office, they made me feel right at home. I talked with Dr. Lombardo and I have never felt more heard by a medical professional. He spent extra time telling me how it was entirely up to me how much sedation I wanted but that he would of course numb the area. His assistant also chatted with me and at no point made me feel rushed or that they needed to get out of the room. Fast forward to the procedure, the assistants were so sweet through the entire thing. Informing me about every move they were making, including one of them patting my arm to help try to calm me down because I was still very nervous. I don’t leave reviews often but the people here are truly outstanding and deserve so much credit. I am so grateful I booked that appointment and for each and every person I interacted with there. They made what would’ve been a terrifying experience, the best experience it could be for what it was.

This is going to be a long review, but this place deserves it and I just wanted those who are on the fence about getting their wisdom teeth removed to know how my experience went from day one. This office and entire staff is the best I've ever experienced in any healthcare setting! My dentist recommended them for me and from the very moment of me walking in for my consultation, up to the week after getting my wisdom teeth removed, they were there for me. Dr. Lombardo answered the million questions I had and explained the procedure to me and why we get our wisdom teeth removed and showed me through my X Rays where they were located and his concerns during our consultation. I was worried how much my insurance would cover and expected to get a call within a few days but got a call shortly after leaving my consultation in regards to the total cost! Dr. Lombardo and Marylee, the anesthesiologist, called to check in on me after surgery and see how I was doing and feeling after surgery, which meant a lot and my roommate, who literally just got his wisdom teeth removed elsewhere, did not have anywhere close to the same experience I had. All the lady's at the front desk were very welcoming and kind and answered all my questions that I had. I had so much anxiety the day of surgery and Marylee came out to get me to take me back into the room and placed a fluffy blanket over me, which I was not expecting, but just knowing I was being taken care of and not going to freeze, was extremely comforting. Then I started crying just because I have never had surgery before and the nurses in the room were all very sweet and understanding and talked to me the entire time to calm my nerves and explained everything that was going on and what they were doing, which helped a lot. Dr. Lombardo did an absolute amazing job with the removal of my teeth and I'm healing very nicely! My fiancé also got to wait in the waiting room and Dr. Lombardo came out and talked to him an explained how the surgery went and all the medication I was going to be put on and why. Not a lot of people like the job that they do, but everyone in that office does and they genuinely care about you, even after you have your surgery done! I would recommend Dr. Lombardo's office to everyone. He and his staff really are great people and love what they do!

This office is so well managed and staffed. The consultation for my teenage daughter's wisdom teeth removal was thorough and professional. We were taken in a timely fashion. MaryLee, our nurse, explained the type of sedatives and alleviated a lot of my daughter's anxiety with her funny sense of humor. Doctor Lombardo went completely over the X-rays and patiently explained the procedure. The office staff had my insurance estimate by day's end and we were easily scheduled. The procedure and recovery were as seamless. Mary Lee sent us home with very detailed recovery directions, and the office called several times during the week to check on my daughter's progress. All in all it could not have been a better experience .
