Their website and office make it seem like they truly care about helping people get their smile back, but my experience was the opposite. If you have low income or a credit score under 650, they refuse to work with you. There are no real payment options or in office plans for people who genuinely need help.
Instead of offering solutions, they simply tell you to improve your credit score and call back. For a place that advertises compassion and support, the lack of assistance for those struggling is disappointing and misleading.

I had a great experience with Lucio. He explained everything throughly and was patient and kind. The office has a welcoming atmosphere as soon as you walk through the door. Highly recommend!

This has been a great experience loved how they treated me and the service was spectacular. My deep cleaning was excellent and Lucio is spectacular great hands everything was great.

I had an amazing experience at Doctor Implants Dentist in Winchester! From start to finish, the staff was incredibly welcoming and professional. My cleaning with Lucio was excellent—he did such a thorough job and made me feel very comfortable throughout the process. Everyone there truly cares about their patients, and it shows. I would definitely recommend this office to anyone looking for great dental care!
