I cannot express enough gratitude for this team. I came in with severe periodontitis—some of my gum pockets were as deep as 9mm and 11mm, which was a very critical situation. Today, after their expert laser gum treatment and specialized care, my numbers have improved to 2mm, 3mm, and 4mm. My condition is now officially under control and stable!
What I appreciated most was their tailored approach. Instead of a standard deep cleaning, the doctor recommended regular cleanings so they could closely monitor my healing process post-laser treatment. This dynamic monitoring was the key to my recovery.
Furthermore, my dental implant procedure has been incredibly smooth. In two months, I’ll be ready for the abutment. The clinic has been so professional and supportive of my plan to return to my long-term dentist for the final crown and future maintenance. Their focus is entirely on the patient's long-term health rather than profit. If you are looking for a team with high ethical standards and life-changing technical skills, this is the place.

My appointment/experience with the staff and Dr. Lee was great. He took xrays and went over everything with me at the initial consultation (pockets w/laser deep cleaning). The front desk rep, Maya (sp), went over what my insurance covered and I had my appt a week later. Dr. Lee told me what he was doing during the appt and while it was uncomfortable, I didn't feel any pain. I figured after the anesthesia wore off I'd really feel it, but I didn't. Twenty four hours later, still no pain. Dr Lee/his assistant were great. They made this whole experience so much easier to deal with.

Dr. Chung is truly one of the best periodontists in Fremont. The office is warm, well-organized, and the staff is genuinely caring, which makes the whole experience comfortable from start to finish.
His approach to periodontal care is exceptional. He explains everything clearly, takes his time with each patient, and has a calm, reassuring style that really builds confidence. The preventative treatment my wife received was outstanding — thorough, gentle, and focused on long-term health rather than quick fixes.
It’s rare to find a specialist who combines technical skill, kindness, and a proactive approach to dental health so seamlessly. If you’re looking for top-quality periodontal care in the Fremont area, Dr. Chung is highly recommended.

I can’t say enough good things about Dr. Chung and the entire team. From the moment I walked in, everyone was incredibly welcoming, and professional. I was pretty nervous about my LANAP procedure, but Dr. Chung took the time to explain everything clearly, answer all my questions, and make sure I felt completely at ease.
The procedure itself was surprisingly comfortable. They clearly prioritize patient comfort and use the latest techniques/technology.
The office is spotless, the staff is warm and efficient, and they truly treat you like family. Follow-up care has been exceptional too., especially Teri. If you need a periodontist in Fremont, do yourself a favor and book with Dr. Chung, I’m so grateful I found them!

My visit to Dr. Chung clinic was fabulous and superb. Dr. Chung explained to me the issues I have on my gums and made some recommendations. Her staff were very helpful, courteous and give me some tips how make my gums better. I feel at ease when ever I visit the clinic knowing I'll be in good hands.
