Dr Lisa Lear is an exceptional periodontist. She is personable, precise, exacting, knowledgeable, and dedicated to her patients’ well being. Her hygienist Larissa was very professional, did an excellent job cleaning my teeth and taking x-rays, and recommending products and practices to improve my dental health. I had an excellent visit. Thank you.(note - I posted this review last year - couldn’t say it any better with different words. This office is the best!)

Dr Lear was congenial and efficient. I loved that she explained her findings as she did my exam. Her assistant was knowledgeable and explained everything very well. They were kind and sensitive to my worries (they ve heard it all before! )

Dr. Lear did my two implants and some grafts. I continue with annual checkups and one of my two yearly cleanings. I believe Dr. Lear is highly skilled. She provides excellent follow up and is very respectful in her patient-doctor relationship.

Dr Lear was awesome. Was able to see me quickly. Exam was comprehensive. She took time to be thorough and to provide an explanation of what needs to be done in a way I could understand. The staff was great as well.

She has extensive specialty training beyond dental school in the prevention, diagnosis, and treatment of periodontal disease, and her training also included dental implants and oral pathology. Dr. Lear was previously a clinical instructor of periodontics at the Indiana University School of Dentistry, and she is a Fellow in both the American College of Dentists and the International College of Dentists.
