This was my first time and it could not have gone better! The staff is so friendly and kind. Doctor Stevenson was pleasant and caring. I go back in two weeks for surgery and I’m not worried a bit!

From start to finish, I had a fantastic experience!! All the employees were informative, kind and sociable. I have a phobia of the dentist, but my fears were quickly managed. I’m So glad I found Dr Stevenson! I was referred by Dr Blair Sittason in Priceville. Great docs, staff and my procedure went well!!

The staff was very professional and so friendly and Very thorough and explained step by step what was happening and what would happen. The doctor was great to ! He was super friendly and knowledgeable and explained to me everything he was going to do from start to finish The whole visit made me feel at ease about what was going to happen and I would recommend them to all my friends and family !! I had my wisdom teeth removed in 2019. And I had a molar extracted today. Both visits I was attended to with care that exceeds most places. I'm very happy with my choice to return to Shane for my oral surgery needs. Him and his staff are incredible. Thank you!!! I would recommend this practice before any others in the area or surrounding areas. Timely, attentive, and most of all respectful. 10/10 for sure.

In late 2025, Dr Stevenson performed a single wisdom tooth extraction on my wife. We paid $1200 up front for the procedure. My wife started experiencing pain 5 weeks after the surgery so Dr Stevenson gave her an antibiotic. The pain persisted so a few weeks later he did x-rays and told her she most likely allowed food into the incision so he needed to cut her back open and clean out the incision. We went back into the office waiting area where we were told we needed to pay $1700 more for this 2nd surgery. We kindly told them we shouldn’t be charged as this was a complication from the original surgery but they disagreed. We went to Dr Robson in Cullman for a 2nd opinion. He evaluated the X-rays, discussed them with us for about 30 minutes, and told us that food was not the cause of the pain but instead fragments of dead bone left over from the previous surgery needed to be removed. Dr Robson charged us only $650 to remove the dead bone.
