I just had my all my four wisdom teeth pulled today, and I couldn’t say enough how well Dr. Michael P. Shaw did. He’s an absolutely amazing surgeon, and his team is just as amazing as well. As someone that gets lots of anxiety and nervousness when going to the dentist, this was something very scary for me. Dr. Shaw and his team made me feel secure, comfortable, and safe from the beginning. Thank you to this amazing team, you all do a phenomenal Job!

Dr Shaw is a great oral surgeon! My 16 yr old daughter went in to get 4 wisdom teeth extracted and Dr Shaw & his secretary have been nothing but great! They were helpful, from telling me about care credit to help us pay for it, to scheduling her quickly after initial exam, all the way up to her procedure which went so smoothly! After my daughters surgery anytime Ive had a question about her recovery/swelling/pain the following days post op the secretary has been very helpful & so quick to let Dr know. I didn’t even have to wait for a return call or leave messages, Dr Shaw jumped on the phone each time to personally speak with me & answer my questions. If I could give this office more than 5 stars I most definitely would! I highly recommend them!

Dr. Shaw is the best surgical dentist I’ve ever had for tooth extraction. I had four teeth pulled with just LOCAL anesthesia. The second day, post-surgery, I didn’t need any pain medications, except Tylenol and Aleve. No bleeding and felt really great considering. Office and attending staff are wonderful and helpful. Dr. Shaw is super kind, professional, knowledgeable, and gentle. He made sure I knew what was happening and what my options were, allowing me to be a decision maker in the level of care I desired and could afford. He didn’t try pushing implants on me. And, when I let him know I had Lyme Disease, he made sure he was educated on my condition and the impact it had on my teeth. That’s super impressive and I really appreciated the educated questions he asked me to learn more about my issues from Lyme. I highly recommend Dr. Shaw! He’s also a veteran, and generally, just a cool dude. Prepare for the best care if you go to him for treatment.

Cordial staff. Appreciated receiving forms before appointment so I could complete them at home where I had all the information. Saved appointment time for dental services. On time appointment, staff explained each process of medical review and X-rays and saw dentist in very timely manner. Dr Shaw explained procedures and answered my questions thoroughly putting me at ease about the surgery. I had his full attention to my concerns, no rushing as I’ve experienced in other dental offices. I would highly recommend Dr Shaw for your dental needs.
