I want to share my experience from our first visit with Dr. Parma, and I can't recommend him enough! My daughter was suffering from an abscessed tooth and was in moderate pain. Within just 10 minutes of meeting Dr. Parma, I recognized the qualities that make him an exceptional dentist. He has a wonderful personality and is incredibly thorough, explaining the treatment plan for my daughter's tooth in clear, understandable language.
The professionalism of the front desk staff also stood out, making the entire experience smooth and welcoming. If you’re looking for a dentist who truly cares and delivers quality care, look no further than Dr. Parma and his fantastic team. Trust me, they are a gem in the dental community! Best dentist experience I've had!! All the staff are so friendly and kind. I recently came in for a tooth extraction and actually felt no pain at all during the procedure. Dr.Shah and his assistant Melina were so awesome and made sure I was comfortable the whole time. Would recommend this dental office!:)

Dr. Shah is great. I don't have the best dental record, but the doctor and his staff have been great along the way. They always make sure I am comfortable during my visits. I am happy to have found a new dentist.

I was so amazed by the service from start to finish. The office manager helped with setting up my appointment, which I am so grateful for, check in was a breeze and the lady was so nice and professional. Leah was very personable and I enjoyed our conversation. The dentist was also very knowledgeable and respectful. He helped me with a crown issue and I value his opinion, service, and personable manner. Top tier dental office. I absolutely will reach out if I need anything else while we are stationed here. Very gentle and explained procedures thoroughly to make you feel comfortable. You all are amazing individuals and a very professional office. Thank you for your help. I feel like you deserve above a 5. Definitely unmatched in customer service.

I needed an urgent dental implant repair, and Dr. Palmer took care of me right away. In about two hours, everything was completely fixed at a very reasonable cost. Dr. Palmer and the entire team were professional, gentle, and caring. I’m truly grateful for their excellent service and highly recommend this dental office!
