The front office staff were nice but when it came down to the extraction it was the worst pain I have ever felt in my life. The one dentist was extremely rude and inconsiderate and just wanted to rush me out so that the next patient could get in. She didn’t numb me correctly and as she began to tug I told her to stop and she said “ to stop acting like that” as if SHE was the one getting a IMPACTED tooth yanked out. I told her it hurt badly and she basically just took it as me being over dramatic and said that if I rather just go under anesthesia as if they don’t charge $700 for it. Once it was all done as soon as I opened my eyes I felt dizzy in other words got vertigo and they laughed in my face being completely inconsiderate once again. All they care is about rushing you out to get the next patient in as soon as possible. Once I stood up I felt like I was going to faint and they just sat me in a chair gave me an alcohol wipe and called it a day. In the span of 10 minutes 2-3 patients went into the same room as me and left immediately. I even overheard them trying to rush the next girl to sign the consent forms immediately and as she said she was trying to review it. NOT TO MENTION SOME GIRL HAD A PANIC ATTACK LEFT because she said some guy in the back couldn’t breathe and he needed oxygen and they called him DRAMATIC. This place seriously needs to be seen and evaluated immediately. Don’t take more patients then you can actually handle and then treat them like complete dogs. I would suggest for NO ONE to come here it’s not worth the trauma they give you.

***Do not recommend*** My daughter had wisdom teeth surgery there. She received a bad attitude by one of the dental assistants because she complained of pain. They barely waited for the anesthesia to kick in, and she walked out in tears. Additionally, a little girl who received service right before her also complained of pain while they were working on her. My friend also experienced a similar traumatic experience recently. This seems to be the way they operate.

Great place! The entire staff was so nice, welcoming, and friendly to both me and my son. The service was excellent, and they made us feel comfortable from the moment we walked in. We had a wonderful experience and will definitely be returning. Thank you for the outstanding customer service!

Do not under any circumstances go to this doctor. They will remove your tooth and act like you're pretending to be in pain. They tore up my cheek badly. If you actually get them to say they'll send it, they won't and they don't answer the phone or voicemail after 3 pm on Friday. Not until Monday. Thanks for the agony all weekend. It was great.
