It's rare to encounter a medical team that delivers not only exceptional clinical outcomes, but also such a deeply human and compassionate patient experience.
Several years ago a family member underwent a complex jaw surgery under the care of Dr. Joseph. From a clinical standpoint, the results were outstanding - precise, successful, and truly life enhancing.
What has stayed with us just as much is how Dr. Joseph and his team showed up throughout the entire journey. Their attentiveness, patience, and genuine care created a sense of calm and trust during what could have been an overwhelming process. Every interaction - from pre-operative preperation to post-operative follow up - reflected professionalism, empathy, and an unwavering commitment to the patient's well being.
We recently had the opportunity to reconnect with Dr. Joseph and his team and it re-affirmed everything we previously experienced. Their consistancy, warmth, and dedication over time speaks volumes about the culture they've built.

I could not have asked for a better jaw surgery experience. Dr. Joseph and his entire staff were professional, kind, and the entire procedure was seamless from front to back. It was amazing to watch him work - he is as much an artist as he is a top surgeon. He and his team are the best in the game and I can’t recommend them enough.

If you're looking for an amazing oral surgeon, look no further. Dr. Joseph and his loving staff operated on my daughter (13). Dr. Joseph in his calm and professional manner explained our options and made us feel confident with his recommendation. Even when we had to come back early to treat some unforseen bleeding, my daughter was seen the same day. I can't stress enough how pleasant and professional everyone in the office is. Appointments on time, clear instructions and overall great dental care. We'd definitely come back if we'll need wisdom teeth removals or other oral surgeon services. 10/10 raving experience.

If you want the best, he’s the person you are looking for! If you want mediocre, go elsewhere. But, if you want someone who is focused on perfection, he’s your guy. If you want someone who is detailed, he's it. But most importantly, if you want someone who cares and treats you like family, he’s the one! Dr. Joseph is definitely a master at his craft. I was not the patient but my daughter was, and I could not be more pleased with the outcome. From beginning to end, he and his staff was amazing and very helpful. As you can imagine, the thought of having someone going in to cut through the bone and moving the jawbone was a nerve-wracking decision. So many questions and thoughts went through my mind. Should we do this, should we not. What if this happens, what if that happens? Do we just let it be? Are we making the right decision for our daughter? Lots of things to consider. Ultimately we decided to move forward, because we knew we were in great hands with Dr. Joseph. His staff were all amazing. We never felt rushed or pressured, everything was explained in detail, and the care throughout the whole process was above expectations. Post surgery, Dr. Joseph and his staff made themselves available to me should anything come up. They went out of their way to follow-up and check in often which I truly appreciated. We are so grateful to him and all the staff, especially Phaedra who has been so sweet since the first consultation and with us throughout. My daughter and I are very pleased with the results. It's been about 9 months now, and I can see how this surgery has given my daughter an extra layer of confidence and pride. She is happy, which also makes this momma happy. This review is long overdue. I have been seeing Dr Joseph for at least 7 years, he is absolute artist. I get Botox every few months and he always takes his time to reassess and talk to me beforehand. Dr Joseph is not only immensely talented but he is so kind. I feel so lucky to have found him years ago. His staff is so warm and sweet as well! I look forward to my appointments and always leave feeling and looking better!
