Great place! The staff is amazing. I called so upset this morning and in pain. The receptionist made sure to do everything she could to get me into the office today even though I was a new patient. I got there and they saw me quickly. The dental assistant that took my X-rays was so personable and made me feel comfortable. Dr. Hancock was wonderful also. He made sure to take my dental issue seriously and got me taken care of. I really appreciate the service I received from them and I will be back. Thank y’all so much.

I was trying to make an appointment with Dr. Hancock. His office Staff especially Sandy was almost rude, and acted like they didn't have time for me. The office staff could certainly use a in-service on the tone they use with perspective clients. The perspective patient should feel like they are wanted and appreciated. Sandy made me feel like I was being tolerated.

My first visit to Dr Hancock's office was very good. Wait time was short and Dr. Hancock checked my teeth and explained any problems. My teeth were cleaned and Pam gave me tips for better care of them .I will return in six months.

I have been trusting my dental care to Ronnie Hancock dental for years now. What I like most is the personal interest they take in my well being. I especially like my Hygienist, Pam. She is professional, efficient and friendly.

I was able to come in the same day I called. The staff members were friendly and helped take away some of my nerves. Dr. Hancock was also friendly and explained everything to me so I could know exactly what was going on with my teeth.
