When I was no longer pleased with several offices that I was visiting, I remembered an office that I hadn't been to in nearly a decade. I was first referred to Dr. Rosenbaum & Associates for special testing on a molar, and Dr. Malogan decided that the tooth was in good shape after all. I continued to see my regular dentist after that. Fast forward to having several bad experiences with various offices and me needing a cavity redone for a third time within a year and a half, I knew I needed to see a specialist to get the job done right. I walked in and was pleasantly greeted by Tessa, and I requested an appointment with Dr. Malogan. She accommodated me within two days (which is a very pleasant surprise for being one of the busiest months of the year). Michelle (Lead Patient Coordinator) was very compassionate and informative, giving me a full breakdown of costs and made sure that I left with a copy, unlike other offices I went to. She made sure that I understood the procedure and also took the time to schedule me for the next available appointment. During my initial consultation appointment, not only did Dr. Malogan take the time to replace my loose filling with care and detail in the same day, he also made my tooth feel as good as new. He went through great lengths that no other Dentist had. He even checked my night guard to ensure that it didn't interfere with my newly restored tooth. His Assistant Ailsa was fabulous and very knowledgeable, and made sure that the X-rays taken were painless and efficient, as I have Mandibular Tori and it is usually very painful for me. Like Dr. Malogan, Ailsa was extremely attentive, and made sure I was comfortable. They both worked together in marvelous harmony during the procedure, and I have never left an office feeling so pleased and well taken care of. Every single staff member was genuinely friendly and helpful. If you are looking for a new dental office to trust, look no further than Dr. Rosenbaum & Associates. Be sure to bring your night guard for any adjustments needed, and also cash for an added discount on any out of pocket fees that insurance doesn't cover. They also treat children and I couldn't help but notice the prize machines for kids to redeem their tokens after their appointment. This Elegant Office and it's Staff are extremely professional, thoughtful, kind, and will have you feeling like a priority in it's relaxed and peaceful atmosphere. Dr. Rosenbaum & Associates truly care for their patients' well being.

Absolutely loved my experience. No pressure just super nice and comforting. I’m usually petrified at the dentist office but I felt very calm.. definitely advise everyone to go to this dentist.

Great first visit! The staff was very friendly and welcoming, and the dentist took the time to explain everything clearly and answer my questions. I felt comfortable and well taken care of. Highly recommend.

The hygienist was excellent what I DO NOT like is someone TELLING me what services i must receive. YOU are the service provider I AM the SERVICE receiver. I would like to believe I also retain the RIGHT to direct my medical/dental care as I see. I was not given an option to refuse certain procedures. NOT HAPPY with being forced to do something I did not want to do

The office seems a happy place to work! The doctors and the staff are usually laughing and talking. My dentist and his assistant were just talking and joking most of the time while working on my cavities. The only real issue was that I was charged a fee when I was using my Medicare advantage black card. It was about 4% of $200 the card allowed for my bill.
